Goin' Postal

I had to ship an item back to the supplier , I first went to a store with a FedEx inside , the worker stated I needed a box , no box fit so I left frustrated. I then found going postal and went to that establishment. The employee helped me with everything. He put my item in a box, put the label on the box in just a few minutes. I love good customer service, I will now go to this location for all my shipping needs. Thank you so much for all your assistance yesturday, goin postal, honestly you truly made my day!!!!!!

I've just moved to the area and needed significant help from a notary as well as shipping/return guidance. I've reached out to over half a dozen local notaries who were notably sub par in comparison to Vic in this location. He also guided me on an important return as well as passport renewal. I've rarely seen this level of professionalism, genuine kindness, and efficiency in any business. I hope that he is given all of the business his shop can handle. Staff is always helpful in explaining a variety of shipping options to help me choose what best meets my needs (which is usually finding the most cost effective option), and they are incredibly friendly as well. So, more options than the local USPS and the wait is always shorter. No question about it - this place is tops when it comes to shipping packages!

You rarely see individuals go a 💯% over expectations just to help a customer out. But this is exactly what the staff at Goin Postal has done. The owner contacted me at home reviewed information got me rates before I came into the store. And then I came in, and he and his associate went above and beyond! Better than post office. Busy but moves quickly. Reasonably priced. Can use fed ex, ups, post office, or dhl - whatever is best, cheapest service. Can also copy and fax for you. Guy running it is very professional and nice. Always get my work done correctly.

Went here to apply for a holiday job. The owner was sweet and let me do interview on the spot. This place does ship out mail thru 4 mailing company's at great price. They also do fax, notary, and scan in papers for email.

Great service here with fair prices. He has a lot of used boxes to save you money and always finds the cheapest rates for whatever you need shipped. Also you can drop off UPS and USPS mail. Highly recommended.

I haven't been to a post office since this business opened. Everyone is always so accommodating, patient and kind. The owner, even during the busiest times, manages to juggle each task, seamlessly, while never making a client feel rushed or ignored.
