The Spot has the best acai bowls! They also make great shakes, smoothies & have ice cream, too! Fast, friendly service and cute merch plus great art for sale by local artists!

Amazing! Friendly workers and the ingredients were very fresh. Speedy service as well we ordered 3 açaí bowls and had them within 5 minutes. 10/10

Great hours- we went here after we went for an evening trip to the beach. We got an ice cream, smoothie, and an açaí bowl. The ice cream was Hershey’s ice cream. The açaí bowl was awesome! It had just enough açaí- some places put too much and then skimp on the other toppings but not this place. The picture is of a hippie bowl minus hemp and add peanut butter.

Friendly staff. The fruit smoothie was delicious and I really want to try the acai bowls next visit. No indoor seating at the time I was there. As a note they use Hershey's ice cream. Many flavors are available on site. They have some great combinations of sundaes on the big board. Didn't plan to go here but Big Buck's was closed and decided to drive a little further... Well worth it.

Man, this place was just what I wanted for lunch after a lot of injudicious vacation eating. The toasts felt decadent, even though they were simple and healthy. Smoothie and acai bowl on point. The space itself was beachy and cute, and they had a lot of fun merch!

We were recommended by a friend and it was one of the best recommendations ever. The 2 girls behind the counter were sweet and the cappuccino crunch ice cream and coffee crunch shake we got, was amazing. We’ll definitely be coming back

Not many food options available, which, although it was disappointing, was completely understand upon finding out it was specifically due to that day being their last operating day of the year. However, what choices were available were great, fast, and along with the service, made for a nice lunch! And as always you literally cannot beat the ocean views and salty breeze the on beach location provides!

Our friends raved about The Spot, so we had to try it while visiting OBX. The ice cream was cold and creamy, service was friendly enough, and the atmosphere was fun. We liked looking at all the artwork for sale by local artists.

Great spot! Went in for ice cream sundaes but ended up with a loaded acai bowl and was not disappointed! Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and knew just how to steer us. So good, definitely recommend!

This place is great! The vibe was there for me and my family. The ice cream was great, and the portions were even better. Great wall art 🎨 by locals that you can purchase and take home! For the time, energy, and skill level to do these, I think they were priced super fair. The merch was good, too! Definitely picking up a hat next time we're in. You guys nabbed another set of locals! I loved the açaí bowls!! So good and exactly what I was craving! Tasted great and looked very ~pretty~ Lots of topping options too.

This place NEVER MISSES. We are absolutely obsessed. Best cold brew, acai bowls, and avo toast in the area. We drive two hours just to come to the Spot. It’s so consistent and delicious. They truly understood the assignment. 11/10 recommend.

Great! Triple scoop was bigger than expected! This place has a much shorter wait than other places we attempted to try. Its hard to believe you can get better than this regarding ice cream so why wait hours elsewheres.

The açaí bowls are a perfect lunch for the beach to help cool off! The reef bowl (pictured) and hammerhead bowls were our favorite. Quick service and so yummy.

The açai bowls, here to die for! I went to multiple places in outer banks and let me tell you, most places are all very similar. Even with flavor and quality most places seem to be right on par with each other. However, the value was the key differentiator here. You can get a small açai bowl at The Spot but if you go anywhere else, that small would be a large, and you’d be paying a lot more for it.

These were so good that we would regularly go once in the morning, and once in the evening :)

Hands-down, the best place in our banks, and it’s also cool that you can get CBD put into your smoothie or açai bowl. They also have ice cream!
