Great service from Kim and Samantha at Hot Tub etc. They were very patient answering my questions on the models and installation timeline. Has a great purchase experience.

We had a great experience with Casey and Hot Tubs Etc! We needed to purchase a new arcade gaming console and he was extremely helpful and informative during the entire process. They were able to get us exactly what we needed and deliver it within our timeframe. Casey even reached out after we had taken delivery to make sure everything was meeting our needs. Exceptional service from beginning to end!

The girls at Hot Tubs Etc were extremely helpful for a new to the STR member in the community. I was short on time and they really accommodated me on the delivery of my video games and foosball table. Even going further, as I thought I needed a new panel for my hot tub and she said it was more likely the sticker that goes over it. She was right! Love the honesty!

We have had a great experience here! Samantha and Kim were patient, answering all of our questions and followed up accordingly. And we love our hot tub! It is a high quality product that comes with professional service!

Edit: I went in to the store when we were visiting in October. I was fortunate to meet the manager, Samantha. She was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. She even arranged to get us a free temporary cover for our hot tub because a bear had destroyed ours. Chris was also a tremendous help. Finally, Samantha managed to get our hot tub delivered ahead of schedule. I highly recommend asking for Samantha. She will be a pleasure to work with.

I have been trying to purchase a replacement spa for my rental cabin. I live out of state. The salesperson named Kim was unfriendly and seemed completely unwilling to help. She acted as if I was bothering her. I guess I’ll buy from someplace else.

We stayed at an Airbnb over the Christmas holidays and the hot tube was in need of service badly. Called Hot Tubes Etc and they told us exactly what was needed and had everything in stock. Made our stay in Pigeon Forge much better since we was able to use the hot tub during our stay. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

This is my second hot tub. I have bought from these people Owners and staff is very friendly.

We bought a second home in Gatlinburg (Jan 2016), and of course wanted to have a hot tub at the house. Unsure of where to go, there are only a few stores - all were closed on Saturday, except for Hot Tubs Etc. (Feb 2016)
We stopped in & got some info - Genevieve helped us & gave us info.* We came back and bought a refurbished Jacuzzi. It came with a warranty.

The heater went out (Aug 2016), called & Genevieve answered - Remembered us!! And said, we'll send someone out. Fixed by Wednesday! That is Fantastic customer service!

I can't sing their praises enough, Extremely Trustworthy, Honest, Reliable & Affordable! If you are in the market to buy a hot tub - Go see Hot Tubs Etc.

*Side note - everyone in TN seems to be really friendly & Genevieve is Very Sweet. And on our visit - someone had run, one of the other workers off the road - wrecked his car. She let him use her car for awhile - I'm telling you - a real sweet lady!

We love Hot Tubs Etc.! On two occasions, we have needed a hot tub to be served at our vacation rental home quickly. Both times, Hot Tubs Etc provided great customer service in a timely fashion! Samatha knows us by name and is exceptional in her job in addition to being a great communicator. Chris is always helpful and professional. And of course Tony, their serviceman is amazing- he definitely knows his job! We love the fact that Hot Tubs Etc is local and when we are ready to purchase a new hot tub for our full time home here in the area, we'll be buying it from them!! Ron is a great owner and we love all his employees! Keep up the great work!

I had a great conversation with the folks in the store. The banter was fun, after having my crown broken😂...and it 20 degrees outside, trying fix a hot tub for a guest. I had a better attitude!!
The parts were available, and old ones whisked away! I really cant wait for the old unit to get an upgrade!!😉 This will be my go-to for hottub/spa stuff.

We were in a bind and needed an air hockey table QUICK! DJ Called around to see if he could find one to fit our smaller sized needs but couldn’t find one he felt comfortable selling us for our rental cabin. Long story short, he was able to sell us what he had in stock but from a much better brand and delivered/ set up the next day (today)! He put it in the perfect spot and was in close communication with me since I live in Ohio and couldn’t come down to PF. So- Dj... I stand by my word that you THE man!

Great place to get your supplies for hot tubs. They have many beautiful hot tubs for sale and arcade style games. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. This is my favorite Hot Tub store in Sevier County.

Excellent service.. If you need a spa part and cant find it go here 9 times out of 10 they can get it. They can fix your noisy non-working motor instead of trying to push a new one on you first. No bs here. There is a in house tech and a mobile tech. If it has something to do with pools of water that have jets and pumps they can fix it, get you a new one, refurbished one or if you don't want to look at it anymore they will take it and sometime pay you for it.

Great customer service. Owner is always willing to help and very knowledgeable with older hot tub parts.

Courteous service. Answered all our questions.
