Fast service, courteous staff, clean store containing a self service kiosk proving a convenient alternative to the full service counter. I was in and out within two minutes, even though I was third in line.

Arrived at 10:15a on a Tuesday morning to ship my passport renewal. Not very crowded. Waited about 5 minutes. The clerk was very helpful in letting me know what form I needed to fill out for confirmed mail. In n out quickly.

The employees here are SO kind, knowledgable, friendly and helpful! This is truly the best USPS I’ve used—it’s clean, well-stocked, and there is hardly ever a wait (and if there is, the employees are so apologetic). Thu in particular is an absolute sweetheart!

The shop has postal cards, envelopes, boxes and stamps, i think like most post offices. The woman that helped me was extremely nice with everyone, very polite and correct, she made my mood better. I think her name was elvisa or something similar, the one speaking Spanish. Lines can get a bit long since there are just 3 counters, but the employees are efficient.

This branch has the smartest, most helpful, most courteous staff of any Post Office in the area. My choice for all services. Vastly superior to the downtown Mountain View office.
