A pleasant, efficient and low pressure experience beginning to end. We got a really nice GE range with more features for less money than what’s available at Lowe’s and delivery and installation was included. Logan was helpful but not pushy in the showroom and what a surprise, the price when I called him to order was lower than the sticker on the floor model. Very pleased.

Johnny and his compadre came to deliver my new washer and dryer during the time that they promised. Being able to track where they are is extremely helpful!
Johnny and the other gentleman could not have been any nicer, as was Doug, my salesman. No pressure to buy which I love! The delivery guys had to take my old appliances from the second floor, and then bring the new appliances up to the second floor. Our stairway is not the easiest, but they did it slick as a whistle with no damage to anything.
I highly recommend Don’s Appliance, and their team. Johnny was fantastic!

Very easy sales process and fair pricing. I bought it Monday and had it installed 48 hours later. Plus they service what they sell. The delivery team were very professional and made quick work of the removal and installation of my new washer. Much better experience than buying from a chaotic home improvement store.

Noah helped steer us to models we were looking for knowing our measurements, what we didn’t want and what we did want. We went with an LG with the middle drawer. It can be extra frig space or freezer!
Delivery was awesome! We got texts about delivery date, window for delivery, then we could watch their progress and got a 15 min warning. The two men carried it in with harnesses. They connected it, tested for water, shined it up and sent pictures on follow up text. Very pleased.

Logan was the salesperson we spoke with initially, then we followed thru w/him in a few days for the purchase of a washer/dryer. What we really liked was Don's Appliance has their own service dept, so the hassle of locating someone in your area for any service/repair will be simple. We worked with Don's Appliances and Noah for laundry equipment at a sorority house. Noah did a great job in assisting us source exactly what was needed for heavy use. They stayed in communication with us throughout the entire process. Responses were quick and efficient. The installation went great with no issues. I highly recommend them. I wish they were in other locations, so I wasn't stuck with Lowes and Home Depot. There is no comparison in the level of customer service and responsiveness.

From point of purchase with Logan to prompt and courteous delivery with Guillermo and teammate the customer service was excellent. I was happy also with the notifications of where and when delivery would happen. This is the 3rd appliance we’ve purchased through Dons. Every appliance and every delivery was just perfect. We were satisfied with the removal of our old refrigerator and the installation of the new one. There was no damage and no issues at all. The men were courteous and polite.

LG Dryer installation - This is the best delivery/installation experience we’ve had. They were very safe, thorough and careful in their efforts. The installation was more professional than appliance repair/installers. They are great!

Was a good experience overall. They had one delivery snag early on but took care of it. They have a knowledgeable and friendly staff and were nice to work with. Delivery guy Steve and his partner were top notch. Will deal with again. Hopefully not for awhile though. 😁

We had a great experience from buying a new range to the delivery one week later. The communication in between was extremely helpful. The men who delivered it were extremely polite and very efficient.

We shopped the Morgantown, WV location and had a great experience with Logan Boggs. He was very informative and answered all of our appliance questions. He is knowledgeable about all the brands, products and specifications to help us find what refrigerator would work best in our space. We are very pleased with the quickness of delivery and the set up. The delivery crew was respectful, courteous and informative. Noah and Don’s were both awesome. We came in with a good idea of what we wanted, and Noah was great about getting us checked out and delivery set up quickly and efficiently.

When my dryer died unexpectedly, I was in a rush to find a replacement. I checked around at several other stores and all of them were 2 weeks (minimum) away from being able to deliver, finding someone to answer some questions was difficult, and when I did, the person worked in another department and had trouble answering questions. When I walked into Don’s I was immediately greeted by Noah. He was working with another customer but encouraged me to browse. Once he finished with the other customers, Noah took the time to understand my needs, my budget, and asked a lot of follow up questions to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He is also extremely knowable about all the products and made great recommendations. The best part: they had what I needed in stock (as they do with most of their products), were able to deliver my dryer the next day AND their prices were in line, and in my case, less expensive than all the other stores I visited. So if you’re looking for a new appliance don’t waste your time driving all over town, just go to Don’s and ask for Noah, you will not regret it.

On a whim I stopped into Don's while having work done on my vehicle next door. I typically buy my appliances from Lowes so I was just passing time. Noah, their very knowledgable salesperson walked me through my washing machine options. I ended up buying a Speed Queen washer which I love. Because of the great customer service by Noah and the huge selection of inventory, I will start any appliance search at Don's.

Delivery experience was out of this world! In a time when good service is practically non-existent Don’s delivery service was top notch. We were kept updated about the status of the delivery by text message, including a “follow your driver” app. The 2 delivery men were efficient, polite and very thorough. They set up our washer and refrigerator and we didn’t have to lift a finger. Great service!

Salesperson was knowledgeable and not pushy. He did not try to upscale us at all. Was honest about longevity of products. Delivery was well conducted and professional.
