Kay was so amazing to work with! She took the time to meet with me and figure out my needs and what would work best for me. She was very thorough and kept an open line of communication throughout the whole process. I am very pleased with the wheelchair I received and extremely grateful to have worked with Kay.

Kay has been wonderful to work with. She would look into anything that we asked her about. Kept us updated throughout the process and when delivery day came, stayed and made sure everything was working correctly. Fantastic job!

Kay was absolutely wonderful to work with! My family member needed to get a mobility aid and Kay helped us throughout the entire process. She made sure that everything was measured correctly and adjusted perfectly for them, while being exceptionally thorough and caring the entire time. I wanted to mention specifically David from Dasco medical equipment in Morgantown.
He came to my parents house and help set up oxygen tanks and oxygen machine for my father. It’s been a really long time since I’ve had a chance to come in contact with someone so knowledgeable and kind and caring. He really took his time to explain everything that we needed to know asked several times if we had any questions explained how the system would work if we Oxygen and overall Dave is just a fantastic person.
And all honesty if I had a business, I would want Dave working for me because he is that good. At Dasco I hope you realize what a phenomenal employee you have in David And please give him a big pad on the back because it was fantastic seeing him and having him help us.

Mr. Dave Henderson was the young man who set up my home health oxygen. Very professional young man. He explained everything in detail and demonstrated the use of the equipment. He answered all my questions. Well educated in his field of expertise. He guided me through the phone numbers I need in order to place an order or any troubleshooting. Appreciate you having such a conceious employee looking out for my welfare.

David was very knowledgeable [and took the time to explain everything how everything works! He is very friendly and any kind guy! You have a wonderful employee in David! I highly recommend him!

Mike Sanders helped us the other day move a hospital bed from one apartment to another a couple miles away. He was awesome! Tremendous help. Caring, kind and excellent at his job. Thanks!

Today I had David from the Morgantown office come out again and bring my oxygen tanks and equipment he's so nice to see, so knowable and caring and since he's been here a couple of times I feel like a friend is stopping by to check in with me, he is wonderful!!! Dasco has been a wonderful Home Medical Equipment Provider. Kay has been such a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable and was very helpful with all of our daughter's needs.

Shane Hendershot and Nicole (who does billing) went above and beyond the call of duty to get my chair for me before my insurance ran out! DASCO even covered a cost that I failed to get a grant for. Please know how grateful I am. Your company truly cares and is TOP NOTCH! Your promptness and diligence are amazing. And Shane can take one look at a person in a wheelchair and see what needs adjusted! Thank you again. Your hard work changed my daily life!

David from Dasco in Morgantown has been wonderful. Very accommodating. He was nice enough to let us keep equipment longer because Hospice's equipment wasn't working. He even tried to fix it for us. Everytime he came he acknowledged us by name!

Kay at DASCO has been amazing every step of the process and had even personally completed it. She made it so smooth and was so caring through our difficult time. Thank you Kay

Mon Health Dasco Home Medical Equipment delivered my equipment the next day on 9/6/2023 by Justin M. and what a terrific and professional young man he was. He talked to me professionally and guided me through everything and explained everything perfectly. He checked all the equipment to make sure everything worked and showed me how to operate everything. This man is really Beneficiary to the company for being a perfect and polite Individual and doing the absolute greatest job he could have. Thank you Justin M. For your help and guideness.

This is a really great place but the staff is even better! I highly recommend Kay! I’ve went through her for past 15 years and she has yet to let me down! You tell her what your needs are and she will make sure you get them to the best of her ability! Also Shane is another worker that’s just as good any mechanical needs you need for your supplies he will get them done! I definitely recommend giving them a shot! You won’t be disappointed!!

Kay and Shane did an amazing job assisting with a power wheelchair. My client loved his new chair. They spent a great deal of time setting up the chair and always are willing to help with any issue. They are flexible and so easy to deal with!!
