Gate 5 Laguna Woods Village

First time visiting this 55 & over community to see some really nice interesting properties. I was surprised by the vast community there is and gate's security operating 24/7. They offer so many other amenities too. If you are as picky as me you have to choose the right property where its a bit more private than others around the community. It was a good experience and I liked 2 properties out of 7 I saw. Kudos to my Realtor Amy Chang that showed me around for 3hrs nonstop. Amy's young and professional personality made this trip more fun!

I just went to the Stater Bros.... They have excellent baked goods and Deli over there.... Produce is slightly Pricey.
Cashier was friendly & Courteos.

Awesome retirement community with lots of amenities an things to do . Semi retirement as well as retirement community.

Terrible service people working there. They are all high on the power to turn you away from visiting your older and sick relatives. My grandpa just had surgery and is by himself and they still had me exit, and go to the other window to check in, even though he was on the phone allowing me access, they want him to get up and go find his ID # before allowing me access. Then, the lady they have confirming your access can't seem to understand English and kept saying his ID # is wrong because she couldn't understand the simple English she was speaking. So not only is my grandpa weak from surgery, they then had to irritate him which upset him.

Security lady at Gate 1 named Jeannie is aweful and mean. They need to replace her with someone nice and courteous. She was raising her voice then started screaming at guests arriving. I could hear her two cars away. Not a place I would recommend to residents and buyers
