One of the best retail locations you will ever visit. Super helpful attendants make sure I never leave the store empty handed

This store is an awesome experience for adults and kids. As you walk in you're greeted with a big smile. The associate the helped us crouched to speak to my son at his level and was very engaging. They encourage kids to interact with their content, they have a "make your own minifigure" stand where you pick 3 characters (the individual body parts) for $9.99. Overall a good time at the store, besides walking out with a set that will entertain us without being on a "screen"

This is a bright and colorful store with fun and friendly stuff to help us find the perfect gift.

This Lego store rocks! The staff is always friendly and is willing to help you at anytime. The environment is very clean and is up to standards. Most people when I walk in seem to be happy so obviously they’re doing something right at this store. But the best part about this store has to be the LEGO!

LEGO is the best brand and I'm loving my new LEGO Friends Dog Rescue Van and I love Nova! Shes a cool gamer girl and she's really cool in the series as well.

I love this store. I get to be a kid again even though I'm over 30 years old. I love how Legos connect toddlers and everyone of all ages. This store has a lot of options in it and it's well organized I just wish it was bigger. It would be awesome if this store was 2 or 3 times the size. I think there are a lot of Lego sets they don't have in stock so it would have been nice to pick up any option Lego offers. Everyone on staff was wearing masks if that's important to you and they had air purifiers/fans running so it felt very well ventilated. I appreciated the staff in this store because they all seemed to care about their jobs and giving customers a good experience. They greeted everyone as they came in and left. They also tried to engage with my little kids which scared them a little bit but it's because they didn't expect someone at a store to want to talk to them etc. They were able to offer good advice regarding which sets to consider buying based on availability. I was considering a few different ones and they knew when each set came out and how difficult it would be to buy it in the future. I thought their advice was valuable and would seek it out again in the future if I were debating again. I just wish the legos weren't so expensive!

Great selection of Legos and an extremely friendly staff.

It's Legos and the people that work here are great. It's fun to come here and talk to people about your favorite Lego sets and just all of the memories you have playing with Legos when you were a kid. One of my favorite things is they have this screen will you can take a Lego set and put in front of it and it comes to life.

The care given by the employees at this store is above and beyond. Every experience I have had here has been great. This store has the best customer service (in my opinion) between all the OC Lego stores.

Awesome experience and super friendly associate named Chris that helped me find the right set for my kiddo... and then he followed up the next day to make sure it was a good fit as I work in the mall as well! Sets the bar for what customer service should be!

Always great service. We have been coming here for years and the staff is always helpful and friendly. They took extra time to walk around the store with my daughter asking her what type of sets she was interested in and what she had already etc.

Making Christmas dreams come true! Giant thanks to Andrew at the Lego store in Mission Viejo for finding the sold out set we needed for my daughter for Christmas, and setting it aside for me. Everyone loves to stop here while we are at the mall! The staff is super helpful and nive to the kids. They don't pressure you to buy products.
