Awesome Starbucks located in Biltmore Village. They had a heated patio along with a fancy interior. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Iced Chai was great.

Staff was very friendly and quick. My order came out a few seconds after I sat down. There is limited parking spaces due to location. Location looked clean. There are handicap spots available. They also have an outdoor seating area available.

The sweetest staff. This staff had such a positive impact on my day in a very short amount of time. I always love Starbucks coffee, but this staff made my coffee run a little extra special today. Thank you!

I was first customer in on 9/13 and couldn't have received a more genuine, kind reception. The young man and lady on duty seemed liked they enjoyed their work. And I got a wonderful cup of ☕ This got my day off to a wonderful start. Thanks!

This spot is ALWAYS one of the TOP 3 ⭐ 💵 I visit, 🇺🇸NATIONWIDE🇺🇸, baby! The coffee is better & warmer, their food is waaaaay better, their service is superior, ✨restrooms✨!!

Obviously this store sees a huge increase in traffic just due to their location (Biltmore area & the ‘Home’, schools, hospitals, mall & other shopping, etc, etc, etc).

I am biased on my ratings for Starbucks. Drinks were made correct and fast. Right next to the entrance of the Biltmore and it wasn’t all that busy. Cute building.

I’m staying across the street at The Grand Bohemian and this Starbucks is right across the street which makes it super convenient! Everyone that works here is so nice! Great staff! This is one of the busiest Starbucks I have been to and the staff always greet you with a smile and are very courteous! I love to start my mornings before headed to work while in Asheville at this Starbucks! Great job team!

Great coffee and service.... as expected at Starbucks! The reason for the 5 stars is for the nice outdoor seating and location! This place is adjacent to Biltmore entrance and within walking distance to Biltmore Village! Amazing location in a quaint village!

Friendly staff and good coffee although I don’t find much variation in my simple coffee orders at Starbucks.

My local quick spot for that morning coffee. I will go to any Starbucks but these guys my my drink right. They get my personal additions to the traditional Carmel macchiato, and it's just perfect every single time. Other places not so much and it tastes different everywhere else I go. These guys nail it and witha. Smile on thier faces 🤙🏻thanks yall!

This Starbucks has a great location if you arrive at the Biltmore before they open up.

Haven't been to Asheville in a while, I'm glad I could have my first PSL of the season here! The barista with the super cool winged eyeliner was very nice!

This is real awkward first world to say, but this is the only Starbucks in Asheville that gets the order right every time. My success rate elsewhere in town is 50/50. When your only drug is caffeine and you spend a dime on a drink, it's really appreciated when it's either made right or just the right drink.
By the by, I worked at a Starbucks 17 years ago before drink orders got as elaborate as they can be today. I don't order substitutes or additions, this order is typically a macchiato latte or iced tea. Cheers to the competent baristas, I appreciate all you do.

I head to AVL every Sunday to take a class. I always hit this Starbucks on my way back down the mountain. I actually like that they don't have a drive through. To me it's less chaotic this way. The parking lot is huge and easy to get in and out of.
The atmosphere is very nice, and the people have been really nice too.

I think Jen was the girls name who worked the drive thru & she was so so sweet & helpful. I saw everyone working really hard inside & I came back to this particular Starbucks because of the awesome people. Plus they make everything perfect. Starbucks franchise owners need to make sure they are paying these employees what they’re worth because I have been to other Starbucks locations & the employees didn’t care. I worked at a Sonic years ago where the franchise owners greed was horrific. Be better, give bonuses, raises & incentives for these people when they get positive reviews

Starbucks truly is the Beyoncé of coffee joints! Their staff served up smiles as warm as my toasty latte. Even in the bustling world of caffeine, they made me feel like a VIP.

Kudos to the baristas who blend joy into every cup. Their service? Five stars. Their coffee? Another five stars.

So, to Starbucks, I say: "Keep brewing the magic!"

Will definitely be back for more coffee-fueled smiles!
