Always excellent customer service!!! Everyone no matter what they're doing, greet you with a smile and help you find what you're looking for. I love the Ace hardware located on higley and Guadalupe.
I actually drive out of my way to go there because of the wonderful customer service.

Went there to get a lawn mower blade sharpen. The young man that does it was busy doing another job but took the time (5 minutes) to take care of me. That's customer service at it's finest. Chatted with the manager who was near by doing another job, he was pleasant as well..

Knowledgeable staff. They helped me find a very tricky bolt that I couldn't find anywhere else

Great customer service + always find what I need. I’ve been coming to this location ever since “Dave’s” Ace on Power and McDowell refused to refund me a small inexpensive tool set that didn’t do the job (by the actual owner). This location I was guaranteed by several workers that if I ever bought something and that ever happened I could simply return without question. Thankfully that hasn’t been the case but it’s always nice to know not all Ace’s operate with lack of simple customer service like Dave’s Ace on Power & McDowell

Update: the service here is really good. I still need to remind myself to stop here more often. The selection is very good for a store smaller than the big boxes home improvement stores.

Ace has a good selection of things that are harder to find at Home Depot and Lowe's. Their selection of circuit breakers and hardware seem more complete. It is also easier to find help and the employees are friendly. I need to remember Ace more often instead of heading for the big orange store every time.

A very clean, well-stocked hardware store with the nicest staff you could find. My son likes to go there after school for the traditional free popcorn bags. The staff is knowledgeable and happy to help and the prices are reasonable. There are departments in there for mixing paint, plumbing, cutting keys, replacement wagon wheels, gardening, interior lighting, HVAC... anything you could need they've probably got at least one.

This has become one of my "Go To" stores. They have a great grilling and smoker section! They always seem to carry items that you have to special order from other stores. At Christmas I bought 3 Traeger's as gifts. They assembled them, helped my load them, and actually called me to make sure my order was correct, then to let me know when they would be ready for pick-up. This Ace always has helpful staff with great attitudes. Competitive prices, with a great variety of home repair and hardware items, in a very small space. Thank you!

Great quick stop shop...get all my meat seasonings and pellets when in stock..... Also a great stop to pick up some of those trending Benjamin Moore paint color chips.. but I take those to Dunn Edwards when it's time to order the paint!

Clean and organized. Great hardware selection and someone ready to answer your questions. The way a hardware store should be run.

This may be the cleanest, neatest hardware store I've ever been in. Friendly, helpful employees who went the extra mile to get things for me that I couldn't reach from my wheelchair. I saw a lot of great gift items in a range of prices. Sending my husband in later today to look at the BBQ spices and sauces. Overall, I am very impressed. Oh, huge selection of munchies too.

This particular ACE hardware store has the largest selection of screws, nuts, bolts, etc... Bar none. My first time walking in this store. Recommended by my gunsmith. ACE John walked me over to the special section of gun screws, and bolts. I had with me a old rifle receiver missing 2 screws. Well, John spent 20 minutes with me searching every tray till we got the thread and length. I'm never going anywhere else. Don't spend your $$$ at home depot or Lowes. Spend your AZ $$$ locally.

I've been shopping here since they opened this location over a year ago. It's SO nice to have a neighborhood hardware store a mile from my house! The ONLY time I shop at the big box hardware outfits now is if this new local Ace doesn't carry the item that I'm looking for, usually a bigger ticket item, such as the DeWalt upright air compressor that I purchased at the Home Depot. Luckily it was on sale, too, otherwise I would've waited & shopped around for another sale. But when ever I'm in need of say, a fairly obscure bolt, or fastener, etc., I always shop here at my neighborhood Ace for the simple fact that I know I can walk in, explain to one of the helpful folks here exactly what I need, and 99% of the time, they can walk right to the correct drawer & grab what I'm searching for in no time flat. Walk in to one of the big box hardware stores and try that. It's much more than likely that it is going to take at least 10 minutes just to find someone who is willing and/or available to help you, let alone know exactly where the item you're looking for is located. Or you'll get the "not my department" answer, among others. I would recommend this Ace to anyone who asks me.

Ace Hardware employees are well known for their helpfulness, and this Ace is no exception. I choose Ace over the Big Box stores for this reason, and I feel comfortable shopping there simply because of the smaller size. Still packed with what you need, you don't get lost in the size of it like you can do at the other stores.

Want to give praise to two employees Zach and Logan. From the minute I walked into the store they were very helpful in finding what I needed and took the extra steps to make sure as a customer I was satisfied with my experience. Because of them ace now has a life long customer thanks guys!
