I always find this mail center extremely convenient, and I can't speak highly enough about Jane's exceptional customer service. She is consistently friendly and goes out of her way to help with my shipments. It's important to note that she seems to manage the entire store on her own, catering to in-person customers. I'm surprised by any negative comments; Jane truly deserves appreciation for her hard work and dedication as a small business owner.

We just moved to the area from out of state which means I researched options for a business suite. After looking at 6 or more related stores, I still chose Mail Center, despite a somewhat higher price. This is because I found Jane the owner to be much more personable and professional than many of the others I interviewed. Distance was my second criteria.

It's been 5 months since I opened my suite with Mail Center before deciding to leave a review. All I can say is that Jane has always been pleasant to interact with and she knows her business.

I would recommend her to any appreciative, mature human being to do business with.

I recently had the opportunity to visit this location and I was extremely pleased with my experience. Great customer service and awesome packaging and shipping knowledge. The store associates really took their time explaining to me step by step on the best and safest way to to make sure my package arrived on time, not damaged and insured. Which it did arrive on time and my 20,000 dollar painting made it safe without a scratch thank you guys so much!

I have Mailbox here for last 15 years.
The lady takes really great personal care of all my packages that I received here and forward to me every where i go. I receive lots of high value art, every things always received in one pieces.
Having a smart address at this location, really helps me with my traveling business life. Thank you Jane!!

Hard to understand the bad reviews. I've used this place multiple times for about a year to ship things domestic and international, and each time the lady there was great. I didn't even think to read reviews before going there (and I don't bother writing reviews usually) because it's just the closest place to my house and that's just where I go for my mailing needs. Today I wanted to give them a call about a package and searched google for their #, and saw all these bad reviews... Kind of shocking how many people had such a horrible experience that they felt compelled to leave a review. I think that the lady's straightforward style must be misunderstood by some people as being cold or rude. I've been there when it was packed, when it wasn't, with a ready-to-ship package and without any box. Each time she was nothing but helpful, and I actually like and appreciate her quick and direct style of communication. Isn't that a good thing for a mail center? I also found her quite friendly from day 1. The bad reviews really make me wonder if we are even talking about the same person!

I've used this location several times over the years. I've always had a positive experience. They helped me package and ship an iMac safely to Japan to my dad. The computer arrived in one piece. The expert packing was well appreciated.

I came for the notary service. The lady was very polite and knowledgeable. I have to send my documents, but I didn't have complete address. The lady help me to find correct zip code. They provided convenient and friendly service. It also very convenient to go Safeway next store, and leave my clothing in the dry cleaning next store. I like having a good alternative to USPS in the neighborhood.

I am not one to leave reviews, and if you look at the reviews I have left in the past they are all 1 stars, but in this case I feel the need to leave my first positive review. I have interacted with the lady here almost every day for the last month picking up my mail and packages. She has been nothing but very sweet, kind, and accommodating. I cannot for the life of me understand the other reviews here saying that she is anything other than wonderful. Maybe she was very busy at the time, or maybe it was a cultural misunderstanding since I know some Asian cultures come off cold and indifferent even though that is not how they intend to. Whatever the case I believe any customer service issues she may have had in the past are long in the past. She is a very sweet kind lady and I find it hard to believe how anyone could think differently.

I have been using this store for many years. They are always helpful, always attentive, always polite. I have never had a bad experience. I ship all over the world, they pack it, they tell me which forms I need, they take care of everything.

I used this mail center instead of the post office because they are dependable, nice, and experts at what they do. They also handle your package and related needs efficiently. I have been coming to this store for years and would recommend them highly.

I’ve been shipping from this shop for years, especially for the holidays and to my children away at school. It’s closer than the P.O. and generally has shorter lines. Great customer service, friendly to deal with, and efficient. I highly recommend the place.
