Hands down the best Build-A-Bear I've ever gone to.
Every staff member so was so kind, welcoming, and amazing. I can't begin to express how happy I am about this visit. I got one of my plushies completely restuffed and one stuffed for the first time - they hand sewed them back up with so much care. We talked about the ponies and how it seems like a lot of people don't come by with them anymore!

Thank you so much guys for the awesome and memorable experience. It was one of a kind. ♡

Heather and the other employees (I’m sorry I forgot the names) were so nice and helpful, we forgot our certificates and they ran us down to get them to us. By far the best BAB experience I’ve had so far. You don’t find a lot of great customer service like them.

This was our first experience at build a bear, Octavia greeted us with excellent care and attention. Wonderful customer service skills and a very welcoming personality. Johnita helped us bring our little friends to life and truly made our first experience something truly special. Checking out we were also very pleased with the customer service by Madison, she checked us out in a timely manner despite the Black Friday chaos and made sure that our needs were fully satisfied before leaving. Excellent teamwork everyone, we will certainly be coming back soon!

Excellent experience. Took my seven-year-old daughter to get her first bear for her birthday. She was pretty shy at first, but the staff were super friendly and professional. Alex gently walked her through every step of the process so she got exactly what she wanted. My daughter had so much fun and she loves her bear! Will definitely be back.

So fun. My sorority sisters and I went and they were so welcoming and excited for us. Johnita went above and beyond to accommodate us. We will be returning soon to build more bears.

Always a magical experience, due greatly in part to the very lovely staff who go out of their way to make us feel cared for each time I've gone. The kids had a blast!

I have always loved build a bear and now my son loves it just as much. They are pretty pricey but you're paying for the experience not so much the stuffed animal. They have so many different prices options to choose from and we can't wait to come back to build more bears!

Alex and Emily were amazing in assisting us with perfecting our memory bear for our late grandfather. Awesome customer service and kind-hearted individuals, I highly recommend checking this location out when in need of a furry friend. They also offer recordable voices!! Definitely a mega plus as we were both worried about locating a store that offered such. If either of the darlings read this! You deserve a raise! Also, thank you so so much for helping us on such an important day, me and my sister appreciated it more than you know.

Amazing time, the worker named Quinn made the entire thing so nice and magical for my girlfriend, gave us the entire experience even though we're adults which we really appreciated, everybody else was nice too!! 10/10

Experience for the whole family did everything every animal download costumes the bear are your cat or whatever stuffed animal you got give him a heart make them smell good also you can make him talk I love the options that they give us of canines and sea lions

Me and my best friend had some much fun building our friends! The ladies there were very nice and accommodating. We finally got to live our childhood dream!

Such cute stuffed animals, nice selection, fair priced & and experience to remember. I love making teddy bears! GREAT for a child's birthday party or for a special day out.
