This place is so nice, so friendly, and so helpful. Also tons of options to choose from, especially for safety toe, even for women.

They have foot scanners to get your full foot shape, arch, & walking form to get you the best fit. They will work with you to make sure it comfortable and meets your need. They can stretch parts of some shoes for a better fit too. Highly recommend for work shoes!

Excellent top notch customer service. I came in to the store after buying a pair of Red Wing boots second hand from someone. They were my size but were hurting the top of my foot. Ryan, the store manager, was SO knowledgeable. He immediately was familiar with the name and style of my boots and knew right away what the problem was. It was a simple as the thickness of socks I was wearing. He let me try on a different pair of thicker socks and my feet immediately felt better. He let me keep the socks even! This is why Red Wing is the best there is. I will definitely be back in for all my work boots and shoes. A+++ across the board. A stellar product backed by stellar service.

First time yesterday. Great service! If they start selling shoes, footlocker might be out of business. I never been to any place where your feet get calculated and measured like that.

The manager was so amazing and you can definitely tell that he was so passionate about his job. Did amazing in helping with finding my first pairs of steel toed shoes. Abit pricey, but it's well worth the product and safety needed from one's job or whatever use the shoes will be used for. I sadly decided to return the shoes due to my sister giving me her pair that she didn't need, and due to being in a bit of a financial crunch, I had to return them.... I felt so bad for returning the shoes and worried the manager would make me feel even worse about it but he instead understood and actually empathized plus didn't make it a huge problem.

Went with a pair of shoes I bought about a year ago (said shoes on my feet). The souls of the shoes cracked. The awesome representative checked and gave great customer service. Found me a new pair of shoes. And without asking me gave me a small discount due to the last pair being faulty. They did not have to give me the discount, I just wanted a new pair. As far as I'm concerned, they went above and beyond my expectations. The employee should be recognized for his awesome work. I will be a life long customer, with people like him working there.

I needed a new pair of work boots and have always worn Red Wings for their comfort, style and quality. I have purchased shoes from at least five different Red Wing stores over the years and have generally been satisfied with my shopping experience. This last week I went in try on a boot that I have been looking to buy, but wanted some more information on the certain style I was looking at. The store manager was there and gave me a thorough run down on the shoes and how they would wear with the type of work I do. ( more details then I have received in the past) I told him what size I wear, but he insisted on sizing my feet and turns out that my feet have changed shape over the years and that I was a different size then what I was used to wearing.

Long story short, boots fit great and the customer service was something of yesteryear. I absolutely will be buying all my boots from now on from this guy.

I bought my first pair of Redwing boots at this store today. It was a very pleasant buying experience. The salesman was very helpful and was instrumental in finding boots for my foot. I tried three different models in two sizes. I ended up with a boot a half size smaller than I usually buy, with a mock toe and no heel. Never would have even tried boots like that, but they feel amazing. Nice job!

If you ever wanted to get boots or socks from Red Wing, this is THE place. Jeff at this store is the very BEST. He knows his stuff and is a very approachable person. He WILL tell you his honest opinion on how to match up your needs, for men and women. I bought four pairs of boots and four pairs of socks over a few months. I am SO set, now. Don't waste time and energies online or driving around. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Create I reordered the 2244 boot the thermal one and I work in a freezer at -20 so the boots meet my expectations of the job so I'm satisfied.

Stopped by the Crystal store on my way home to buy some steel toed shoes I could wear in the office and the production floor at work. The manager was extremely knowledgeable on all of the different styles and helped me find the right style to fit my needs. Even though I have purchased Red Wing boots in the past and had my size in the computer, he took the time to measure and made sure I got the right size. I am currently looking for a new pair of boots for daily wear and pair of hunting boots and I will not be buying them from anywhere but the Red Wing Shoes Store in Crystal.

This is the most I've ever spent on a pair of boots, but the quality is really evident. The attendant answered all my questions and was super helpful. I think these will last me a long time. The picture is Iron Rangers. They also offer a limited warranty, and they can be re soled for a decent price.

Amazing knowledge and service here. I went in looking for some boots, so he pulled the style up on the computer and let me see on the screen exactly what I was looking for. The display and surrounding of this store just felt like a showroom for amazing footwear. I would absolutely stop here again, too bad these boots are gonna last forever haha. Thank you again
