I guess when it comes to public institutions people only put in reviews when they have a bad experience.

We just moved to Manor and my experience with USPS has been so far good. Got the mailbox set up instantly. Got keys on the first visit and started getting packages the next day. The lady on the counter was polite, friendly and quick despite being the only person at the counter and having continuous inflow of customers.

However it is inconvenient that they are closed on SAT and SUN. Hopefully that will change and they will get more staff given the rate at which Manor is growing

I completely disagree with all of the bad reviews. I've never found them to be anything but helpful and I have been going for years. They have helped me with complicated mailings such as 100 individually wrapped frisbees as wedding gifts, international shipments to soldiers and donations to charities in foreign countries. When mistakes have been made at our mailboxes they have always been able to resolve them quickly. Don't go in with an attitude. Be friendly and talk to them like people.

There must have been a change of staff because I was by the post office today and the two ladies there were very friendly, polite, and professional. My daughter was there to get a post office box and the process took about five minutes.

Friendly staff, nice clean building. Never had an issue with delivery. I wish there were Saturday hours or a self serve kiosk in the lobby, but there are other post office's near by that I can go to.

I run a small business and I ship thousands of packages a year. Thousands.

I am here daily and the staff at this location is always very friendly to me, even when they are crazy busy.

I've never experienced any sort of issue with this location, but USPS itself has given me a few hiccups across the country. So even thought the issues I get with USPS are not their fault, I feel like they actually care and do everything they can to resolve it.

I also find our local delivery guy to also be very courteous when I bump into him at the box.

Nice people workswork here and the supervisor is a man of his word! My new homes keys got mixed up, he said he would figure it and call me, two days later he did and I got my keys.
