AT&T Store

Went in for an upgrade in February and received great service from Layda. She was helpful, kind, and made upgrading an easy (and fun) process.
Today, I returned and was helped by Hector and Layda. They had great energy and made my trip into AT&T enjoyable.

Came into get a new phone. I worked with Beau. He was so friendly and helped me decide which phone to get. He also told me about a bundle where I was able to get free wireless charger. I normally hate having to deal with this kinda stuff but he definitely made it a great experience. We will definitely being making this our main phone store for anything we need.

I went in having questions about my internet and the fiber installation. The manager Bernardo was super helpful. We got the fiber installation and we have seen improvement to our internet. Everyone was super kind and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions.

We went to several locations last week to look for 2 phones and no locations had what we needed. We ordered the phones online instead. We went back to the Manor store because the customer service we got from Anthony was very good. Luckily he was there the day we came back. He made everything super easy and not stressful at all. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely go back in the future, and will recommend this location.

I had been trying to get my smart watch to work for at least 1.5 hours over the phone with the at&t tech support people. And while doing that. Somehow, the tech support people and me, we messed up my tablet too! So my smart watch and my tablet were both not working! And the tech support people weren't being able to help me. That's when I bumped into this place and talking to Bernardo, he was able to fix my stuff in less than 15 minutes.

I had been having serious issues with my phone for a week. Was with T-Mobile, and went to 6 different locations and none of them could figure it out and basically said “sorry it’s not fixable”. Switched to AT&T, went in today and Beau and the other guy both hopped on it together and figured it out right away. Best location I’ve been too

Young lady was quiet but friendly, very knowledgeable and fixed my phone right away.

Katherine and Arthur were both extremely patient and helpful. They helped me resolve an issue that two other locations could not. The store itself was clean, friendly and inviting. Great experience all around.

I just had the B-E-S-T experience with two of your representatives in Manor, Texas. I actually lost my phone and your reps were smart and kind enough to get a phone back up and running for me. Got a fantastic deal for Galaxy S22 Ultra. Fantastic service, switched from another carrier, my service would drop all the time at work. Now. I get service in elevators, subfab, where others can't receive service.
