This is my favorite place to go after work, they are always packed but somehow manage to get everyone in and out very quick and they are always very friendly and make great drinks

Terrific crew and service. The new chairs are for tiny people.

Usually very satisfied but today the beverage in the cup did not match the label with what we had ordered. Also very haphazard with getting our items. Got a couple of things then had to wait awhile for the rest.

Friendly, clean, fast, good bathrooms. What more do you need? Oh, and their drinks have always been right, for me.. and I have earned 1000 stars since it opened in February!

I don’t normally like going to Starbucks for coffee but the customer service here is great. I’ve only ever used the drive here but the service is fast and they have never messed up my order. This is a great Starbucks!

They are always very nice and fast. I get my pup cups everyday and they remember me and usually ask me if I need them before I ask. Love the coffee it's always great.

I’m not a person to leave reviews but the people that work at this Starbucks are hands down the NICEST people ever. I went in today during the red cup promo and the two girls working the mobile order station were working so hard and were calm, efficient, and SO kind. Due to the red cup promo the store was insanely busy, the drive through line was wrapped around the building and everyone working was handling it like true pros. To the manager - you've got a great team and they deserve all the praise! Not just today, I come to this location often and am always greeted by the nicest folks. Kindness and a smile goes a long way.

Great staff and well made drinks, but be prepared for them to be suuuuuper busy pretty much at any time. Wait times in drive-thru line can vary between 15-25 minutes. If you're in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend stopping in. But, if you have a little time and patience, great experience!

Convenient location close to home. All the baristas were polite, professional, and although there was a short wait, serving very many customers! They're a well-oiled machine. I'd never noticed it before but there's a good amount of outdoor seating on the side of the building.

Good experience.. I've passed this Starbucks plenty of times but this was my first time stopping. Was hitting the road and needed a snack to get started. The service was friendly and efficient through the drive-thru. The banana bread is delicious and my cafe mocha was well made.

So one morning myself being in a hurry ordered a drink from the app at a different location. I thought I had ordered at the manor one but I didn’t. So when I pulled up, the girl Erin asked what my order was and I told her and she was like are you sure you didn’t order from another location? I was like oh sh#% yes I did, I told her forget it it’s okay it’s my fault and I as I proceeded to walk off, she was like no it’s ok let me make your drink just give me a minute. So I appreciate Erin so much cause I know it gets busy in the mornings at this location and overwhelming but she took the time to make sure I had my drink and didn’t let me leave empty handed. She was super nice as well and had great customer service while being busy ! If I could give her more than five stars I would ! So thank you so much !!! 💖

One of the quickest drive thru Starbucks. Clean interior. Very kind staff. Doing what they can to stay on top of everything, considering the ongoing pandemic atmosphere. Would recommend this place to anyone.

If your cold try the cinnamon dulce latte. If your hot you can never go wrong with a vanilla bean frappuccino great for kids too.

The employees at this location are so sweet! 🥰 We were having some trouble accessing the menu, and the barista offered to read it to us!! They are also willing to mix flavors if you're unable to find something within your tastes. Overall this location has great folks and great drinks!

I always have a super pleasant customer service experience. Its also very busy, pretty much all the time. I recommend ordering through the app and picking up inside. The drive thru stays packed. If you order online it's always ready in the time the app says and you're in and out quickly.

Amazing people so friendly, and give what you pay for not 85% of ice and 15% of drink which makes there drinks extra delicious.
Seriously the only location i have had a good outcome with, was over at the new Starbucks on Burnet rd this week not sure if the cashier was having a bad day but she was plain out RUDE plus cup full of ice, also the Parmer Ln location same issue hand full of visits have i encountered good experience i think customer service need to be a needed training for these employees, having to drive far out is inconvenient for me but worth it for such yummy drinks.

Always the best. Always great customer service and the coffee is amazing. My normal coffee is $3.24 but for my birthday I got a free coffee and it was almost $7. They spoiled me!

This location is great! The staff is always friendly and they get my order correct every time. I've been going frequently since it opened so when I go inside to pick up my mobile order, they remember me and personally let me know my order is ready. They're awesome!
