Brian Orozco & Alex Villarreal located at Southern Tire Mart on US 290 are true professionals! They’ve got me back on the road faster than any other place in the Austin metroplex. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for tires, oil changes, or any mechanical issues. Thank you Brian and Alex for all your help! They always greeted me at the door and welcomed me with a smile. If they are not already trainers for costumer service they should be. They would be great leaders in a manger role when needed to fill in. I will definitely return because of Alex & Brian.

I called them on a whim seeking businesses that do alignments. I spoke with Alex. He was very professional and friendly, he was also able to get me right in. Upon explaining my issues they were able to do a diagnostic to determine the issue. They were not quick to just do what I asked and take my money. They explained the cause and showed me the diagnosis on paper and then again made sure I understood and approved of any work before performing. Professional, efficient, friendly, and honest.

Very nice, clean facility. One of the few places in Austin area that can do a full alignment on a class a rv, freightliner chassis. Appointments are best. Easy to get in and out, close to 130 toll. Friendly staff.

I tell you what, service there is awesome,, head a giant nail in my trailer tire on the 18 wheeler and no wait these guys gas me in and out in no time, definitely recommend them for tire service

If you have a large RV, this is the place for annual state inspections. They have super friendly staffs and plenty space for your RV to turn.

Went to get a tire repaired, expected to wait in line for service, or wait for hours to get done. They took my car in within minutes, and had me out the door with the tire fixed within about 30. Excellent service! I will definitely be shopping for tires there soon.

We took our Western Star on a Saturday for 2 front tires and Mike we felt went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in a timely manner. They put in the two tires and balanced them within an hour. The price was fair and their store card helped with not having to have a big charge on our checking account. We will definitely make this location our go to for our truck repair from now on. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We felt welcomed. Ask for Mike D. as he is a good front counter person. Easy to talk to and answered all my questions.

Just had 6 tires replaced on our Jayco Seneca, and Dave S. Took excellent care of us. It was a busy Saturday morning, and it was obvious he cared about each customer that came in, even though they were short staffed. The work was done quickly and at a good price for quality tires. Dave definitely did what was needed to gain a future repeat customer.

A friend recommended that I take my truck here for tires. Since I'm new to the area and didn't know anyone, I was putting a lot of faith in his recommendation. I called this past Wednesday and made the appointment for first thing this morning. Arrived on site and I pulled straight in, no wait at all. Tavi managed my tires and seal replacement. The head mechanic pointed out some things I should be aware of and I was out the door in record time. A great experience...honest folks and very competitive pricing. I just may have found a new shop.

Very nice and professional people very honest the real test for honesty is when a truck driver is stuck and you help him and do not rip him off I was expecting my bill to be $1,000 at least it charged me $329.03 and fix the trailer tire and rim and hub oil seal casing that is incredible I was really happy and I shook hands with the manager wow

Fantastic Service Department!!! I took my F 150 Ford Truck in and the service was perfect, along with the cost exactly as estimated! Have been going here for years and while waiting recently noticed a New Store Manager, who is young and involved in all aspects of keeping things running smoothly. Thank you Southern Tire Mart for being top notch!

Great service. Very personable and friendly staff. Alex was very helpful at making sure I had the right tires. Alex even noticed that I had a pain in my arm and cared enough to ask if I was ok. I came in here to get a slow leak repaired. They did it in literally 15 minutes. Completely For free.

They didnt lecture me about replacing all my tires at once, or try to upsell me on anything! They didnt try to get any money out of me in any way. They just fixed my tire and sent me on my way.

This place is great. Definitely coming here to get tires from now on.
