Trystin spent hours helping us switch back to T-Mobile. We came back with our tail between our legs after having spectrum for three months, yet another full day no Internet on phone or home Internet. I digress, Trystin has had the most patience I have seen in a young man in a long time. Matter of fact, last year he also served us and we had the same experience. Honestly, shame on me for me not acknowledging him! He helped us with two new phones and home Internet and he Never ever showed any frustrations. Thank you so much for serving us. I hope he is recognized!

Shannon and John were super helpful and incredibly patient. They helped me back up my phone, get a new one set up, get an Apple Watch, and even get a tablet for my niece all in one visit. If you have to go to a T-Mobile store, go to this one. This is hands down the single best experience I have ever had with a phone retailer and I will be back to this location in the future!

My phone was having issues turning on,
so I was hoping to trade it in for a new phone. I was the only person in the store at first and within 20 minutes the place was packed. At one point, the wait was 45 minutes. However, the manager Shanon took control and all the employees stayed calm under the pressure. In between tasks, she started walking around the store asking people what they were in for to make sure people didn't wait for nothing and that line quickly subsided. All employees were swapping duties effortlessly depending on the need. It was pretty great to watch. Unfortunately my phone was not tradable, but the amazing Shanon found a way to change my plan and get me a great phone for a small fraction of the price. Buying a new $1000 phone was a dreadful thought but I left there pleasantly surprised and extremely relieved. Thank you all for the great service!

Just wanted to take the time to thank Trystin and Shannon for the awesome job they provided me with today. They both took the time to help me with my needs and price range very understanding and patient. I went in to T-Mobile for the purpose of getting 1 line and walked out with 5 lines for my family! With a great monthly payment and also a great deal for our phones! Thank you so much Trystin and Shannon.

This T-mobile in Manor was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Trystan was so helpful and patient with us. He is definitely good at his job. Thank you for answering all of my questions and taking the 3 hours to assist my husband and I from start to finish. Even when the system went down he made sure to stay after hours and get us the phones we wanted.

Shannon went above and beyond to solve our device issues. We walked in ready to transfer away from T-Mobile, and walked out as happy customers.

This is definitely one of the best t-mobile locations. It’s a very friendly and welcoming spirit when you walk in from the whole team. Staff is very well trained. Walked in and out in less than a hour. Switching to t-mobile from cricket. Got me all set up and expectations I should be aware about. Also both managers on duty constantly were moving around making sure everyone was ok or if they needed help. Never seen a team work with such professionalism and respect for each other.

This location is fantastic I was switching 8 lines over from att. And the assistant manager Alex made it so easy and made sure I was happily with everything before I left. He broke down and showed me what my bill will be every month and really exceeded my expectations of the customer service. Go see him and he will take care of you and make sure you are happy.

Alex and Jake know how to run a store properly and set expectations. They both deserve a raise and vacation

The store manager Jake is absolutely fantastic! This man knows his stuff! Help transfered all my data to my new phone even tho the phone was broken. Jasmine and Rico helped me pick the phone that is right for me! Super happy with the service I have received here!
