Shipley Do-Nuts

We went through the drive through on Saturday and received friendly and fast service. The donuts were delicious even though we went later in the day, they weren't stale at all. We got two glazed, two chocolate iced, and two Boston cream.

The servers were extremely polite and helpful. They offered suggestions when I was lost and looking for what choices to make. They were patient to let us get our orders right. Such a lovely business!

They are the best perfect doughnut 🍩 joint... All they need for unltd money is a way to sell standard hotdogs!

Oh my gosh, the service was wonderful! The donuts were beautiful and delicious! I went in late in the day and still got fresh and really tasty donuts! I'm so happy I went, not at all what I was expecting. I know I already said the customer service was really good but the lady that served us went above and beyond

I had placed an order through Door Dash which arrived incorrect, however, I am super impressed and grateful that the Owner of this store brought me my correct order herself! Outstanding service and the staff was quick to try and make it right--even going so far as to personally bring me the correct food! This entire experience has brightened my day, and I will definitely be going back to Shipley's for all of my future donut needs!!

Took the wife and kids here and got the dozen of mixed donuts. Price is good, service was attentive, informative and courteous. Donuts tasted great and we're soft with not too much sweetness like the Krispy Kreme ones are. Very clean establishment with good parking coincidentally a few doors down from a kids dentist, haha. Conspiracy? Maaaaaaaybe! Enjoy!

I grew up on Shipleys donuts my whole life, and since moving to Austin I learned this location was very closeby so I’ve been going quite often. Today I was helped by the cashier who was apologetically out of my favorite (chocolate iced with sprinkles), so I substituted it with some other sprinkled variety. But when she handed me my order, she was SO KIND and SO SWEET and threw in a devils food cake donut for me to try 🥺 I figure I either must’ve looked terribly sad or it would’ve been a waste to toss the donuts at the end of the day, but she absolutely did not have to do that for me so I thought that was just the icing on my good day. Thank you nice lady 😭😭😭💕 the devil’s donut was great!

SUCH fresh donuts! Man, ya have to try this place if ya like fresh donuts! Ya dont get much better!
UPDATE: They don't know what a REAL Kolache is, sadly. Got my hopes up, sadly. But, still a great place to grab breakfast!
