Had to physically come in to verify my change of address. I brought a copy of my lease along with a photo ID to help with verification. I appreciate the customer service, and speed at which everything was done. Thank you!

I’ve stood in line here. The amount of customers who act entitled is staggering. They wait in line for tens of minutes and have no clue what service they want. These people are clueless and then have the gall to hold everyone else hostage to their ignorant nonsense

Andy was very patient and helped me multiple times during one visit. I bought money order and priority shipping. My debit card didn't work. Andy let me try multiple times and gave me detailed instruction on how to fold and put envelopes in the envelope for return shipping.

There were plenty of parking spaces and the store was clean with all the supplies. During our visit, many people came and got taken care of in a timely and friendly manner.

Honestly not sure why all the negative ratings. I've found the staff to be pretty helpful, and often they've suggested me ways to save on shipping and stuff. If I also didn't have something ready, I never felt like they were giving me flak for it, just a simple "You'll need one of these filled out, here's one and comeback up when you've filled it out" nor have I ever felt rushed with any of them, even when I go in and am taking a moment to put a whole bunch of stuff in packages.

I get the feeling a lot of reviews are probably from people who are upset that this place can't make everything they want happen. Last time I was there someone was upset cause they couldn't do a address forwarding or something because their location was not handling the persons mail, so I certainly feel bad for the employees having to deal with that so much through out the day.

Had to pick up a package from here on a Friday after work during the super busy hour. I forgot the pick-up slip, but the gentleman working was still able to expertly locate my item in about a minute. Given the circumstances, I was in and out fairly quickly. Thank you!

Not sure why the average rating is so low. I've always had a good experience for sending both domestic and international mail from this office. Staff are patient and helpful. They are open until 6pm which makes it easy to go after work.

My favorite post office in the region. I drive extra miles to mail my stuff (even drop-offs) because they never let me down. I mean USPS is improving from my point of view but this one location has been awesome from the first time I walked in. The line always moves way faster than other USPS locations. The staffs are friendly, efficient, and informative. They know what they are doing and respect what they are dealing with as well.

Sure the place might be a bit old but I don't get all the bad reviews. Can't speak about the past but visited in June and the service was very nice. People were social distancing, there were markers on the floor, acrylic sheilds for the workers. Fast and swift service. Google needs a ratings reset system for when owners actually improve and change.

Not sure where all bad reviews come from . I came to the office at 5.45pm (15 min prior to closure ) and my shipment was accepted, priority options were clearly explained, and the shipment is now on track. The service was courteous. Looks like all MA USPS I have been at.

The office was closed at 5.55pm indeed, but the assistant agreed to inspect the trash bin and the counters for the rapid transit card I thought I left at the USPS and came back for.

I come from a post-USSR country and my bar for customer service (not for efficiency, though) could be pretty low, though.

Everyone I've ever interacted with at this location is always very friendly, helpful and patient. Use common sense and help keep these essential workers safe by keeping your distance and wearing mask, if you're complaining about these measures, you review holds no weight with me.

Rickie is doing an amazing job. I just moved here and was mailing a parcel for the first time, he was extremely helpful and his calm demeanor is so refreshing. You’re awesome sir.

This is one of the best post offices I have been to. They are very kind and friendly. I went in one day to ship a package and I was using my own box and they gentalman weighed it and said I would save money buy using a prepaid box. He ended up saving me $20 on shipping. All these negative reviews are from people that are probably inconsiderate I wouldn't believe them.

Had a good experience here. Staff was really helpful and gave a lot of options to help out with timely and cost economical delivery. There were appropriate protocols established for social distancing and everyone was adhering to it. Also, there are several self serving options in case you are in a hurry. There is ample of parking space outside and drop box facility as well. Highly recommend using USPS for postal needs.

Don’t know why everyone is bashing this office. I just had a wonderful experience here. The asian lady saw my package and told me I can use a different flat rate box and save $15! And she was extremely efficient. There was a line but it moved quite efficiently.

Best post office I've ever been to. Ben and the other women that are here everyday are the fastest, most kind people ever. I am at a post office every single day for my business and they make it easy. Hands down great people! Never had a problem.

Always had a safe delivery experience from here, and had multiple options for delivery & insurance. Grateful that a historically-reliable national organization like the Post Office still exists today with all the ridiculous arguments over funding such an integral global service to our country, and private competition.

I had a problem with a package that was sent to me with the wrong address. I had the great luck of talking to the sweetest lady at the postal office. Great customer service in such hard times. She was a little angel! Thank you for your great work!

Convenient location across to a busy mall/ food court. The service reflects what we paying. For $30 cheaper service than UPS, Fedex,... we would have to receive this style of service. The location has a preference for Old Asian Female staff who speaks awkwardly dialogue, not totally rude but they using unusual choice of words. Maybe a native speaker would change the picture.

I guess people have one bad experience and write a review. My family has been using this post office for 40 years. Nothing but good service there, although sometimes they can have a long line.

I've always had the most success at this post office. I ship packages several times a year and prefer this office over the one in downtown Bellevue. It's like an assembly line... As long as you aren't oblivious to what the process is, the line moves quickly and you'll be on your way. The only downside to this office is the parking lot. No one seems to be willing to pull forward to all the empty spots at the end which can cause congestion. Not the post office's fault people don't know how to do it though.
