I recently had an outstanding experience at Auto Zone, thanks to Luke, the store manager. I came in with issues regarding my windshield wipers, and to my dismay, my battery also died. Luke didn't hesitate to step in. He ventured outside, braving the rain and cold, to check my battery. Although an attempt to charge it proved unsuccessful, his dedication and effort were beyond commendable.

Luke's commitment to assisting me in such challenging weather conditions was exceptional. With his help, I was able to purchase a new battery, ensuring I could safely make it home. His service was a remarkable blend of professionalism and genuine care.

Went to have analytics run on my truck after the truck engine light came on, Morris Ray (I believe that’s his name) was extremely kind, efficient, and helpful in helping me decide how to go about fixing my vehicle. The thermometer on the radiator had broken. He filled my coolant for me as well. I’ve always loved autozone and this was just another testament to their service and people!

I had an amazing experience at the Main St. Autozone. I was at H&R Block for a meeting and I went back to my car to find my battery so dead that my power locks didn't work. I was completely distressed as I had just put thousands of work into the car. I called for roadside assistance, tried to get passersby to jump me, to no avail. I finally realized there was an Autozone in this shopping center, so I went in. Elizabeth was working the registers and she was busy with other customers so I waited - in hearing her interactions I knew I was going to be taken care of. While waiting, the store manager (whose name I've forgotten) came out and asked me if I needed help. I let him know my situation and he said, "No problem, let me get my battery tester and let's see what's wrong." We went to the car and the battery was completely dead (I just bought the car in July!). He let me know what a comparable replacement would cost, and told me that if roadside couldn't jump me he'd be happy to replace the battery for me. I realized a bit later that even if roadside jumped me I'd still need a new battery, so I went in to ask for his help. He was on a delivery, so I spoke to Elizabeth in the meantime. She helped me select new wiper blades (sorely needed) and we discussed battery options. We realized I didn't need the kind of battery that I previously had as it was for much higher end cars than mine, so I was able to get a more suitable battery at a better price. She helped me navigate the website to see if there were coupons (no), and got me a chair to wait in. She was so, so kind. She saw my distress and did everything she could to make me comfortable and feel taken care of. When the store manager returned he immediately hopped on and completed my transaction. I realized at the end that I wanted a Diet Coke to feel a little better (I was still sat in the chair), and voiced that I'd like for him to ring me up for one. I was moving to get up and instead he walked over to the fridge for me and got me one, scanned it, and handed it to me. It was a small moment, but it was so kind and intentional. He also advised that I get a small, inexpensive kit that prevented battery rust and would make the battery last longer. I agreed. After I paid, he went and grabbed his tools and went to work. He got it done in about 15m and even installed the wiper blades for me. I can't express my gratitude enough. I had been having what felt like the worst six months of my life, with everything intensifying right before my battery went dead. I could barely hold myself together, and the battery was the straw that broke the camel's back. I don't think that I can encapsulate the gratitude I feel for the kindness of Elizabeth and the store manager. I'm now an AutoZone customer for life.

Had a wonderful experience dropping by to replace my dying car battery. Luke was super helpful and quick with replacing the battery and was also great to talk to.

Today my car's battery died in the LA fitness parking lot, so I went into AutoZone store for help. The store crew Elizebeth not only let me borrow the jumper cable, but also she came out using her car to help me jump. Realizing the cable not long enough, she helped me went into LA fitness to find the owner of the car besides me to move the car. Really appreciate her kind help. Want to say thanks in Google review to the store and to Elizebeth.

Great help from Luke, the manager really put himself out there and went above and beyond for me being ignorant with working on basic things with a Subaru it really helped having known he has one himself. Helped me find the item that i needed helped me with other issues and really appreciate the way how he handled some miscommunication with myself and another staff.

The people here are of the highest quality, seriously the best customer service! Especially Kevin who assisted me. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Definitely recommend this store!
