The people at OReillys are very knowledgeable and quite happy and willing to perform the free services that they offer. They checked my battery and my alternator and my “check engine “ light for me at no charge, even though I wasn’t buying anything at the time!

Michael was very helpful! we had car troubles and he fixed it right up. We cried tears of joy when Michael saved our butt.

Great auto parts store. Staff is helpful and provides good service.

The guy helped me find the stuff I needed quick and even though they didn't have the specific part I needed in store at their location, they promptly found it at another location!

I don't care much for the cost, but the quality and service is really good here. They let me borrow some tools to take my battery out. They didn't have a wrench I needed so they took one off the shelf for me. Pretty nice!

Assistant manager lent me a 10 mm hex wrench after Les Schwab didn’t tighten down the negative terminal on my new battery. I appreciate the kind assistance and I had already bought a 10 mm hex wrench from O’Reilly and will keep it in the car going forward.

I try to buy parts on-line but mostly get the wrong item or for a manual when i have automatic. i always end up back at O’Rileys for availability of the parts and higher quality and less wait time for on line places. Also TOU have to pay shipping to you and shipping back the wrong part which cost more than the part. Really true! i also get trustworthy advice from the knowledgeable people who also put me in touch with a mobile mechanic whom is substantially less money than a shop. So thanks to O’Rileys!!

A very prompt, knowledgeable service. The shop appeared to be cleanly run and it was incredibly professional. I was looking for a car battery, and even though it initially appeared that they were out of stock, the employee gave me a call back when they found a better service. Will certainly be returning!

I am more than an average mechanic and I go to this place and Autozone and Napa for my car repair needs. Online shops too! I hate to say negative thoughts to people, places, etc. Because, it is "subjective". I may have experienced that "moment" of unfortunate experience; but it may be because of factors I cannot control as with the crew and or the company altogether. Like parts availability. Competence of the associate(s). Timing too!
I still give it a 5-star rating because of all the (countless) times I needed a part for my repair and they are there to help me solve the fixing needed.

David the manager was very honest about my relay in my car said it wouldn’t be the relay due to there being an electrical signal. Saved me $21

Clean, well organized, generally pretty helpful/knowledgeable staff. There selection is on the smaller side (the store is on the smaller size) however I have almost never failed to find what I was looking for... and I rarely find myself waiting long to check out or get help. As far as O'Reillys go, or perhaps auto parts stores in general, this is one of the better ones.

Kyle was super helpful when I came in for a replacement of my rear turn signal light. He came out to my car to place in a new bulb and when that didn't work he also replaced the socket. He was happy to help and very friendly. The service was excellent!

Jerico!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super sweet, understanding and an all around delight. After being severely disrespected by an AutoZoner while warranting a part, I brought me business to a company I know better. Very friendly and helped a lady in a pinch without blinking. Wasn’t fueled by making a sale but by making a customer satisfied to continue future needs from OReillys!

I came to this location after determining I had a bad battery, Patrick the Assistant Manager not only helped me determine that was the problem, but spent over 2 hours helping me get my old battery out, all while running back and forth to help other customers in the meantime! He lent me his own personal tools to pry some rusted bolts off, and really helped me do what I thought was impossible due to the difficult location of my battery.
Patrick really went above and beyond to make sure that I got the help I needed, and I really can’t speak more highly of him! Thanks Patrick!!

I needed an Allen wrench to swap out a bicycle seat. Ryan offered to do it for me, but I said that's okay, I'd do it so he could help someone else. Because he was so helpful I bought a set of Allen wrenches for future use. And on a previous visit, the store manager helpfully showed me which size wiper blades I needed for my Camry. After I paid for them, he came out in the rain and showed me how to put them on. Great service.

The customer service I got at this location was amazing. It was 8:30pm and I needed a new battery. I called ahead and other locations nearby said it was too late to help me replace the battery. Not only did the employee change the battery but also the battery terminal which we discovered was eaten in two by the leaking battery fluid. It was not an easy job and anyone else could have stopped right there and said, sorry can't help you, and left me stranded. He didn't even hesitate to quit the task. The employee replaced the terminal with minimal tools on hand and a lot of elbow grease. He never complained or showed any sign of frustration or apathy. It took almost an hour in the dark, chilly parking lot and he even cut his thumb. It was easy to see that he really cared about helping people. This kind of customer service is hard to find in the US these days and I'm very thankful for the kind folks at the Redmond O'Reilly's!!!

This place is great. The employees were super nice and helpful. Got my problem fixed perfectly. I'd definitely recommend it if you have simple auto issues. It's worth stopping here before you go to the shop because the employees know their stuff and might be able to save you a lot of money by helping you do simple repairs yourself.

The people here are awesome. Great service, very good prices, and decent selection of items. Most of all, though — it’s the people. This is my favorite auto parts place. 👍
