Starbucks

It was at the drive thru at Crossroads (Bellevue WA). Wonderful people, they look like they're having a good time! First time for the bacon, sausage and egg wrap, so good, I'll get that again!

Given their volume and what they're given from management, this location does a great job.

I worked here for 4 months in the past, and as a past employee, I can appreciate the stress that corporate puts on the retail stores to generate higher returns.

For that, I am still very happy with the quality of the product and the service given the price and wait. This location also has the advantage of a great location, where waiting a little while really doesn't hurt - you could even pick up a book from HP bookstore and read until the line dies down.

This branch is the one inside Crossroads Mall. The people who work at this branch are very friendly and take a little time to talk with you. I'll be honest I do not like the classic Starbucks coffee they use, I like going here because of their blonde espresso!! It really redeems Starbucks IMO.

I go to this location a couple times a month. Yes, most Starbucks are the same. However, service and location can set them apart. This one has great service each and every time. I've never had a bad day here.

Great Coffee better people. I go here several times a week and it's always a pleasure!! They are efficient and very pleasant.

This is an interesting Starbucks, but you have to know what you're getting into. It's next to a bookstore, which is the best kind of Starbucks, but it's in a fantastically interesting mall and unless you are there during slow times, you're going to wait a long time and not have a place to sit in the Starbucks. But there are plenty of seats nearby in the mall or you can carry it wherever you're going. It has a great, frenetic atmosphere. Worth a visit, but just know.

This is the best coffee house in the east side. The crew is the best at customer service and the drinks always seem to be perfect. The morning crew, Monday through Friday, seem to make the day better no matter the weather. I shall continue to go to this stand, even if it means traveling out of my way to get here.

Great clouds to view while waiting in a quick moving line for such scrumptious drinks! Great service and yummy spot on drinks each time at this location. ☕

The woman in front of me complained that, "with a Starbucks on every corner, you'd think the lines would be shorter."

I joked that if we turned around we might find ourselves in another Starbucks line, perhaps with a shorter wait.

She didn't get the punchline, because this barely-funtioning biped was missing her humor function. She excoriated me with a glare and said (something like): "You're confused, lady. This is the only line."

She continued going through life as a stupid idiot and I took some consolation in the knowledge that the octogenarian behind me in line "thought it was funny."

In any regard: worth the wait.

Love the Crossroads Starbuck BOX! Drive thru is awesome and all the people are great! Jessie is a great manager there!

Service was real quick. Pumpkin spice latte was superb.

My dog died today and they gave me some free cake pops which were his fav! This starbucks has a heart and I won’t forget thank you!!!

Consistent quality...I always order Americanos with one less shot....a Tall with only one shot or a Grande with only 2 shots.

They take great care while preparing your drink nicely & exactly how you like it .

Best starbucks in the area, they have nitro cold brew and drive through. The staff is very friendly.

Always a great experience. But they never get my name right... hahaha
