I couldn’t wait to review this Michaels craft store location, after the awful experience I had at the Juanita location on 10/21/2023. Ok, so yesterday morning, I called the store just as it was opening, I talked to Robin regarding three items I wanted for a couple simple holiday craft for my 5 grandchildren. She confirmed she had the items however the system doesn’t let you buy the last one quantity of any item, she explained, told me how to go online and and place my order for a in-store pick up. She told me she would hold the last ones with my order for purchase. Fast forward to my pick up and my second purchase of the day that evening. I was met with Morgan she helped me find the big jugs of acrylic paints I needed to paint all the “unfinished” wood items I bought for the littles. After I got the paint and brushes , she helped me pick up my online order. I took my paints, brushes and the last couple items I need to buy and was helped with Nicky. (I hope I got everyone name spelled correctly) I had a great experience all three times with all three employees. They were all very helpful, informative and gave suggestions regarding the coming projects. This is now my “home” go to store, it’s worth a extra time and miles, to be treated so kindly. I highly recommend this location and their staff, 5 stars. Thank you guys for taking care of me and I’ll be back to buy the sealer after the kids are finished painting their project. I got mostly everything I needed. All holiday was 60% which was great! I ordered some food coloring gel online afterwards as they didn't have it in the store.

Always love coming here, the workers may be short staffed, but they still are so excited to tell you about fun new products and are happy to see you.

Good spread of stuff, updated continuously throughout the year and well managed. Good staff as well

All I need is an extra bed somewhere in the store to sleep and this would be my second home. Lol! Im practically there almost everyday and spending money for all kinds of crafts.

This is the the place to go!!! They have pretty much everything you can imagine and the employees are nice.

I loved the online in-store pickup experience. I didn't have to go too far into the store before a cashier greeted me and I asked for in-store pickup. They called someone over and they gave me my order given my order number. I bought scrapbooking paper online that was cheaper per page than I was expecting and my scrapbook has so many pages now - I love it.

Wonderful place to enjoy with friends and family in open space. There is a playground for the children, shady places and paths for walking.

Great Michaels! Friendly staff that ask if you need assistance and are knowledgeable on item locations. Also they get extra points for being the only michaels i’ve visited with a bathroom that’s open for customers lmao !!!

Everything we were after was in stock, easy to find and nicely priced!

Did some custom framing there. They have a nice selection of fram styles, tons of mattes to choose from, and very helpful staff. The guy who helped us was knowledgeable and provided a number of options. You can even see a mockup of what the finished product will look like.

Friendly staff, lots of sales all of the time on arts and crafts and home decor…….and a superb framing service in the back.

I love this Michael's! They have a good variety of seasonal decor and everything else!

Clean, organized. Was greeted by employee upon entering. Great sale items and clearance things if you can take a chance and wait til after any holiday to plan for next year.

Have good sale prices pretty often.

This place has art supplies including colors, canvas, frames, brushes etc. They have jewelry making supplies and diy craft materials.
They also deal in home decor items and trivial baking equipments including artificial flowers, vases, photo frames, organization stuff, candles, baking moulds etc.
You can also get everything you need for sewing and embroidery.
They have unique collection of customized frames as well.
Personally I found their discounted items to be quite cheaper than market but other items are at reasonable rates. Quality wise I never had any problems with their items and I really enjoy shopping everytime I go here.
