Daniel gave me a hot tip on a toy I'd have missed otherwise, the Missing Link Optimus Prime. I looked right at it and didn't process what it was. The price was great! I was going to buy something that cost MORE but he pointed me in the direction of something less money but a better buy.

Daniel is very knowledgeable and offers reasonable pricing. His store has been our go-to for purchasing packs, singles and graded pokemon cards! Highly recommend checking the store out.

I have went to this store a couple of times to get Pokémon cards for my Godson. Both times the store manager Alora was a tremendous help, she gave me info on what Pokémon basically is and what the different cards mean. She helped me pick out a great beginner set for my Godson. The 2nd time Baylor was a great help also in explaining the Pokémon universe 🙂🙂. Alora and Baylor were very knowledgeable and friendly and so very helpful in helping me navigate my way thru the Pokémon world 😀😀. Will definitely be going back, great customer service.

Love this place! Found a funko pop I’d been looking for forever for a great price! What was almost $40 online at different resellers was $18 in store!

This store and the store owner, Daniel are a solid place to go. Don’t listen to the reviews that complain. This guy gives more than fair prices and always has whatever is hot on the shelf! Hot Toys, Legos, Black Series, Vintage Collection, you name it. There is no one more knowledgeable about toys than Daniel. Great store

We stumbled across the new location at the mall and it’s such a cool find! Love how knowledgeable the owner is about all the collector items and you may just find some gems from your own childhood :-)

Prices and selection are fantastic. Owner is awesome and love coming in…I feel the need to comment on some of these negative reviews as a customer and collector.

1. He gives fair prices…your stuff isn’t as valuable as you think and more importantly…if you are an “investor” and not a collector…buy bonds…not plastic figures.

2. Funko pops are this generations Beanie Babies. They are only valuable to other collectors (like shoes). Collectors selling to collectors who sell to other collectors speculating and driving up prices that only other speculators will pay. If he is not interested in waiting for the next speculator who thinks Funko Pops are going to pay off his mortgage to come in…the value is basically nothing. Nobody has nostalgia for Funko pops…nobody is going to buy a single $400 dollar Funko pop if an IP they collect for. Only other Funko Pop collectors.

3. Small business run by the owner…sometimes things come up and you have to leave…it’s a toy store not a hospital. Take it down a notch. Get a ice cream cone, calm down and come back later

Inventory is constantly changing with new and vintage items. Can't wait until my next visit. Owner is helpful and knows his stuff.

It’s a really cool store with a ton of inventory. I have been going to this store since they opened. I have nothing but good things to say about the store. They keep getting better and better. Their prices are almost always under eBay listings. One thing I can say is that is you see a one off thing and think you can pick it up next time you come, buy it now. Someone else will pick it up. I have found so many cool things that I did not know existed. My girls love the place too. They love getting the candy and I get to look at what I want.

I have been in several times to get toys for my 2-year-old son as well as birthday gifts for his friends. The owner has been fantastic at helping me find just the right thing! Franklin Toy Works is always the first (and usually only) place I go when looking for toys.
