Clean setting, quality ears and speedy service. It does get busy, so order online and pickup your order. Delivers on campus with starship robot carts.

One of the best panera's I have been to. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They also have the tablets you can order from making it easier for people like me who order the same meal each time. The food came out quickly and I only had to wait about three minutes. The only downside is there isn't very much seating available inside of it but there is in the main area of the building.

They’re busy. I am a student at Mason and have not had any issues. My food has always been correct and the service is fast. One thing, it’s best to take your food to go. This place is usually full and there aren’t dining tables available.

The workers at Panera are SO patient and helpful. There was a power outage on campus and my Mason Money card wasn’t working, but they helped me trouble shoot the issue, they didn’t rush me and were all very pleasant. They all deserve extra tips and I applause!

The Panera workers here are so kind! Especially, Timothy, he is always greeting people and always treats others with kindness.

I love eating good tasting clean food. Panera Bread has gotten it down to a science. About two weeks ago, I was in Panera Bread in Clay, Ny and I had a really bad day. I ordered my food and I was short a little over $2.00 and I was going to change my order so that I would be able to afford my meal with put charging it. Well, there was a woman employee on that evening that gave me the money. I was so grateful. I was moved to almost tears because now a days it's so hard to find kinds people that do selfless acts anymore. I know, it's sometimes the little things that move the heart.

I've consistently eaten here for some time, and while it's sometimes busy, the food is excellent, rapid pick-up is very convenient, as are the touch-screen kiosks you can use for order (far superior to having to deal with a human).

I love coming here. The manager guy is one of the nicest & most helpful. They prepare my order no longer than a minute.

Always go here as a monday morning treat. Great service and taste. Sometimes the orders mess up, but they have great service tho!!!

Delicious and Quick. Here for the Saxophone Symposium with the IUP Saxophone Studio and we all enjoyed some great food.

Like most Paneras, it gets packed around your typical meal times. So if you can, try coming before or after to avoid those rushes.

Gotta love some Panera breakfast and coffee before class. The Chipotle chicken breakfast wrap is legendary.

Pretty great salads here. Also the coffee is way cheaper than Starbucks

My wife and I used to grab something to drink and eat in Panera.
They provide good caramel latte.
