Petco

Super nice location. I don't always go to this Petco but they ended up having the treats that I wanted for my dog. Also, they were able to price match the item from their online website, which was about half the price.

I love the staff here. Malik the groomer and the young lady who works with him were very helpful and treated me and my dog with respect. They gave good advice about grooming her at home and to get certain things to keep flies away. An helped me make up my mind about continuing the grooming process with them in the near future. An the staff in the store were also friendly and helpful. I am in love with this location. My faith has no cuts in her skin, they know what they are doing. She will be back.

Em H did a GREAT job with my 2 dogs: Rusty and Calie! They’re a handful, but she managed to make them look soft and perfect

Malik was our groomer and he was FANTASTIC. So friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process, from check in, to giving a call 20 minutes before he was finished, to giving me a summary of things at the end and making recommendations for how to help my dog be less afraid of the grooming in the future. He truly went above and beyond. You could also tell he is a natural with animals-- he was so gentle and kind to my dog and I immediately felt safe leaving him in Malik's hands. This was my first time using Petco for grooming and we will absolutely be back. Thank you so much, Malik!!!

My dog Louie got a haircut by Em. She was very nice and did a great job! Second time going to her!

I looked all over for this setup, because of her size. She's not Happy, but it works! I didnt even know how to ask for this, but the Petco Staff knew exactly what I needed and it was in stock, Thanks Petco!

Sales associate John at the Orland park location was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable about helping me with some issues I had with my fish (new to the hobby). Had many other sales associates at another big pet company telling me different things that resulted me losing 10 fish in 24 hours (knew nothing of the nitrogen cycle and that adding too many new fish at the same time with an uncycled tank would result in high ammonia levels and fish death). The associates at this location seem to be on the same page with their knowledge on care and what is best in certain situations. Everyone has been helpful, patient, and kind (especially John!!). Me and my fishies have found our forever pet store!!

I had purchased an aquarium test kit and half of it was missing. I returned it and the manager replaced it and gave me a 20% refund. That’s how you gain customers. I have since purchased ALL my pet supplies from Petco exclusively.

MEG ... {AKA: Grooming Engineer Goddess} (ok I know the spells GEG ... Work with here) is the best! I cannot say enough great things about Meg! Extremely professional, funny, phenomenal with the sheers! Meg makes my dog Dr. Sheldon Cooper [15 year old Shih Tzu] look Show Ready Everytime! Thank you Meg! ...You really are amazing!

I come here often to get Blue Buffalo grain-free cat food; it's one of the only pet stores that carries the specific brand/flavor my cat likes and can eat without getting a tummy ache. The cashier told me that they accept returns for opened cans of cat food if kitty doesn't it which I think is great, because my cat is so picky and those foods can be expensive! The employees are all very friendly and helpful, and when it's busy they work really hard to meet customers' needs.

The manager always helps me every time I come in I was there on the 19th of July he worked in the afternoon he is so healthful my dog absolutely loves the food he picked out for him

Had a great experience with the groomer Em, she was so patient and great with my dog, Kaner!
He gets so anxious going to the groomer because we had a bad experience previously. So clearly it is very hard for me to trust new groomers and leave Kaner for hours with strangers. He also shakes and whines and it’s a bit difficult to get him away from me, he has separation anxiety.
However, Em was so kind, you can tell she is really passionate about her job. She listened to what I wanted for his groom, and did exactly what I asked for!
There was also another lady there that was so kind and right when I brought Kaner in, she asked to hold him and helped to calm him down while I got him checked in! They both were beyond great!

Great employees helped me from the start of my shopping to the end. I was extremely pleased
