Love the smoothies and food from here! The sweet lady is always so welcoming when I arrive. My favorite smoothies are the Bahama Mama, Beach Bum, and Detox Island Green! Give this place a try! :)

Friendly staff and speedy service! Smoothies were delicious. I usually go for the Bahama mama but today I switched it up and got the peanutbutter paradise… omg SO GOOD! Especially after a workout since it has protein in it. Definitely will be back for food and more smoothies especially considering the super friendly staff (: thank you!!

Everything about this location is amazing. They deserve more than 5 stars. My order is always hot, fresh & ready for me when I call in pickup. They’re SUPER quick. Really nice people. Consistent food quality. Love Maulik & Parul — I always look forward to seeing them!!!

Lovely place. The staff was hard at work and the food looked absolutely Devine. It’s a nice lunch spot for a light healthy meal. It was very clean and not overcrowded. I would recommend stopping in for a peaceful meal.

We are sitting here at The Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Sandy Springs Roswell Rd.)… and we absolutely love this location! The food & smoothies are prepared to perfection & the atmosphere & staff here is the BEST!

I love coming here especially after a hot day at work the service is always great and affordable with the rewards. The Flatbreads are amazing!!! I like coming to this location whenever I'm in Sandy Springs!!!

I came in before my doctors appointment and there are 2 people, a young lady and man, working the entire store. It’s clear they are understaffed, however I have never had a better smoothie or food. For a great price I got a healthy meal that tasted delicious and fresh. I will definitely be back. To the 2 who were working when I came in, keep it up!

Great value for your $, i got a huge smoothie and a wrap for $12. Smoothie and wrap were both delicious. Service is a little slow as they have a small family-run staff, but they are very nice and work hard.

EDIT: 7/1/21 there seems to be new management and the staff are back to their happy selves! I have had no issues since new people have taken over and the food/smoothies are always perfect again. Orders on time and I am so glad this place got back on track!!

PREVIOUS REVIEW: I’ve lived across from here for 3 years and have been coming here for that long at least once a week. At one point the staff was so sweet and smiling, it had a happy vibe and they always had great service. Lately I order online and go pick it up to avoid the attitudes at the register. One morning I walk in as the only customer around 10 am and the girl was sitting on her phone at the table (no issue there was no one in there) she audibly sighed, rolled her eyes and was obviously annoyed that I came in. I was polite and asked for my order. She was upset that I ordered food and didn’t want to make it. Very short with me. They never say thank you for ask if you need anything. Always forget to pack a straw in my to go order. Half the time it’s wrong. I used to love this place it’s sad that it’s gone downhill so much.

I just left (15) Minutes ago. The Cashier was wonderful. Great customer service and was very patient. The entire team was friendly and worked together so smoothly. Everyone was in sync and assisted each other. Everyone was pleasant from the time we walked in the door and were greeted with welcomes and smiles until the time we left. The Shift Supervisor was very kind and humble as we spoke to her and complimented her Team. This is my kinda place to eat. Healthy choices with a healthy atmosphere and environment.

Fantastic place to eat, or grab a quick smoothie on the go. The staff at this location is highly attentive, kind, and outgoing, plus the food and smoothies are both fantastic.

I overheard the manager telling the kitchen staff, and I quote, "Hey y'all are killing it back there! Thanks for your hard work guys." This sign of mutual workplace respect, and fantastic attitudes all around trickle down all the way to what a customer orders.

My food is always good and made right . I order the jerk chicken wrap without the lettuce or pineapple salsa and it’s hot and delicious every single time. My smoothies are always blended to perfection as well.

This was my 1st Visit At Tropical smoothie. The smoothies are always delicious. They also serve a small variety of sandwiches and wraps which are very tasty. If you are a smoothie lover you will love this little place.And the customer service is so amazing and welcoming.had a really nice experience. Will definitely Recommend going to this place.. see you soon
