What a fabulous experience! I went to a competitor that had a great price and stood around waiting for someone to assist me...no one came and I eventually gave up and went to Famous Tate. When I walked in, Dawn came right up and began to answer my questions. She helped me select an appliance and the whole team was helpful as I took a few visits to make my final choice. My husband and I had decided we would be willing to pay more to go with Famous Tate, however, when we got the final price, Famous Tate was less than the big box competitor! The installation, delivery, and haul away charges were much lower with Famous Tate, so the "great deal" the big box was offering was actually thirty dollars more expensive. The installation team came 3 days later (it was even black Friday weekend) and did a great job!

Overall, I absolutely love the washer/dryer and the experience. I also love the fact that if I have any problems, I have somebody that I can call and talk to easily (who knows what they're doing)! That is priceless. A lot of thanks to Dawn and the whole team!

I purchased a new LG refrigerator, LG microwave and Bosch dishwasher from Famous Tate Wesley Chapel. The salesman, Eric Hagland, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. He was patient while I was deciding which brands/models to purchase. Ultimately, I made the purchase and the delivery and installation was effortless. They arrived when scheduled, quickly and efficiently installed the appliances and cleaned up after themselves. I have had the appliances for a week now and am pleased with the products. I appreciate all the help I received from the Famous Tate team.

Wow! What a great experience! I had no idea what to expect before I walked in the door, but I was immediately impressed. This is NOT like buying an appliance at a normal big box store. I was greeted with respect when I walked in, taken around and shown what I asked about, then as I requested, left to look on my own. The purchasing experience was wonderful, with personal care. My sales rep, Ashley, was amazing! When my appliance was delivered, that was a great experience too. Highly recommend them when you’re thinking about buying any appliance!

I was in the market for an electric dryer and I went to famous Tate's website first because they are close by. Found a dryer that would meet my needs and promptly went there the next day and bought it on-site. John took care of me and he was very helpful and not pushy at all with any add ons or extras.

The dryer came in the next day from their warehouse and I picked it up and once again service was wonderful and very pleasant.

This staff is top notch! I had a fantastic experience with Dawn, Ashley, Beth and Eric! Had an issue once the dishwasher was installed, it wouldn't turn off. The repair company they partner with Michaelson's, was just as amazing! Come to find out, it was a mere kink in the drain tube. Should I need either appliances or repair moving forward, I know who and where to go! Thanks for the pleasurable experience spending my money! :)

Very knowledgeable salesperson who didn’t try to push a certain brand or model on us. He asked all the right questions and had all the answers to our questions. We ended up with a washer and dryer we are very happy with and we would highly recommend Famous Tate over the big box stores.

I called the store after I had done some research on washing machines and had narrowed it down to two different manufacturers, I asked if they had either of them in their store and the sales person Beth informed me that they had them both. She was very helpful and I told her I would be coming to the store and ask for her. We met with her and got my first pick and was able to get delivery of the washer in two days, which was what I needed since our washer died leaving wet clothes, so I really needed to get one right away. They came on Sunday and took out the old one and set up the new one and I was able to take care of the load that was wet. We were very pleased with the whole process. We highly recommend them!

My husband & I have used Famous Tate since 1999. These people are “rock stars”, very knowledgeable in their respected fields & go beyond the call of duty to assist. Beth came to our home to make sure our new mattress & box spring would fit & be low enough for my husband! Go to Famous Tate for all your needs. They are very reputable, as is the products they sell. I still have all my original appliances that I bought 23 yrs ago, & just recently purchased my new mattress & box spring. The originals also came from there & lasted 23 yrs! This is the only place to go for all your needs!!

Had a wonderful experience all around. Dawn understood exactly what I wanted and worked with me to fill my needs. Had to order what I wanted but it came within two weeks. The installer was also very good and took time to explain the workings of my product. I will definitely go back!

Famous Tate has always been our go to. They are very friendly, extremely helpful & reasonably priced. No long waiting for delivery/installation & they remove the old. So much better than the big box stores.

The only place to buy an appliance! They have always been amazing. Best prices. Best service from A to Z. Ordered a washer recently online and it was seemless. The only call was to confirm the order, setup delivery and tell me there was a price drop. Delivery was on time and the setup was flawless. The process was perfection an d how it should be. Highly recommended!

Me purchased a mobile home in Zephrhills, and it had a laundry roowam. So I made a rm out of the back door entrance area. I looked everywhere for a washing machine, and finally I found Famous Tate. They treated me right,and found me the washer that we wanted! It works great.
