Absolutely FANTASTIC experience. I was nervous going for the first time with tons of bottles and no idea how the process worked, but the man running the facility was amazing: extremely kind and helpful. With his help, the process was extremely efficient and enjoyable, so much so that I will in the future drive out of my way to bring cans and bottles there! Highly recommend.

Hidden Gem. Support Local Buisness! This place keeps Portland beautiful if you think about it. Less waste in all the outside trash bins in Portland.

Although I did not have direct experience with east end they very kindly supplied me with other information that led me to what I needed. They were very courteous, took time, and were extremely helpful. Wish more companies would learn to respond in this way by phone!

Called to check hours a couple times; owner answers even when business is closed. Seems like a decent guy. Convenient location. I will be back.

Very helpful and friendly! Always have a pleasant experience my only gripe is if it says open til 5 and they close 2 hours early they should either change their out going message saying they’re closed, I’ve walked across the bridge a few times to return bottles only to get there and they closed 2 hours earlier!! It’s an inconvenience that could’ve been avoided if they could change the time on the web site daily??

Called he said bring the bottles in so I did asked me if they were counted I said no.He then said he was closed.He can go screw himself.
