Starbucks

This is our favorite Starbucks to visit! We live around the corner and walk here almost daily! The customer service and quality of food is always excellent, no matter the wait. The lines can get long during peak hours, which just goes to show how popular a location it is! And again, no matter how long the line, the service and quality of food is always the same when we order! One barista in particular is always great and always remembers our order, which seems almost magical to our son every time! I believe her name is Jayline. There used to be another location closer by but we still always went the extra mile to come to this one! Will continue to be patrons for the foreseeable future!

Employee Jayline and her female manager are awesome individuals. While waiting to be served and greeted. I’ve witness both employees of this store displayed great customer service. With numerous customers before reaching me and as expected both Jayline and her manager displayed great customer service. And also both individuals along with the other team members, displayed excellent customer service and team work. Thank you very much guys for making my morning’s here at The Marriott Louisville Downtown.

Again something quick to eat!! Lol so I’m not a vegetarian however there are times where I don’t want meat if that makes any sense 🤷🏽‍♀ I can’t explain it I know I’m a dork!!!!! 😂😂😂 so I got toasted herbs bread with oil veggies 🥦🥒🥕 along with pepper Jack mayo it hit the spot something light, fast and very tasty 😋🤦🏽‍♀🤦🏽‍♀😂😂😂

The service is always quick and friendly

We walked up at 1:00 not knowing you were closing at 1. The friendliest young lady was working. She had the greatest attitude I've ever dealt with at a Starbucks. Even though we were the last customers of the day she still asked for our names. She smiled with her eyes. (Mask covered her smile.)

This starbucks is connected to a hotel and I don’t think you’re supposed to access it if you aren’t staying in said hotel. That’s not clear on this page and I ended up sneaking in behind someone with a room key, but if you don’t wanna do that don’t go to this starbucks. Anyway the barista worked at the speed of light i ordered four drinks and she had them to me in two minutes, idk if God was on her side that day or if she’s just the most talented woman i’ve ever met either way i recommend

Service is excellent and the place is top as usual, but It's inside of a hotel which makes it limited to a few choices doe to store size. The girls are fast and very polite. Wish it was just a tad bigger.

Ignore the negative reviews, honestly. As a veteran of working at the hotel I have used this location for almost a decade. Staff are friendly and get the drinks right the first time. The line can get a bit long during big events but in general drinks are prepared quickly. Great location!

A great Pink Drink and super friendly service!

Delicious coffee! Featuring flavor profiles and crafted coffee beverages that are unique and consistent from store to store, city to city. Excellent quick sandwiches and pastries. Pricy $$$, but worth it.

Do you enjoy having an afternoon cup of tea with your mates? Well then this is not the place for you. Its a coffee shop, so sit down and have a cup of coffee, not tea.

Caramel macchiato double shot of caramel and espresso hands down the greatest go juice to get you going in the morning
