Lush Cosmetics Orland Square

Haven't been to lush in so long and Jaz and Hailey made it so special! 💖 Jaz was so sweet and told me about all the new products and others! She saw I was trying to take a pic of my build a bear Kuromi with the matching penguin bath bombs and she adjusted the stores lighting for me because it was too bright 🥺💗 She even gave me my first bath bomb demo ever of a bomb called magic potion bc it matched my outfit! Hailey was also very sweet and made really nice conversation with me about favorite products while we listened to the bath bomb popping asmr. She also made me two lovely and generous samples of Glen cocoa face mask, and posh chocolate body wash since I love chocolate 🤎 I genuinely felt so special and taken care of thank you two so much for the experience, and lush! 🤗

Some of the most amazing workers was so nice and helpful with everything I ended up getting this cookie bath bomb. It smells so good makes you want to eat it 😂 everything in the store is just great. And smells so good just makes me want to spend all my money in there I love how the work is spend that one on one time with you I’ll show you how the bath bomb work and rub some of the lotions and scrubs on you. It was just a really great experience true fully It was my first time going and I will definitely be back🥰🥰

The store attendant, Erica helped me out. She was absolutely amazing and spend time reviewing what conditioner would be best for me.

I had such an amazing experience at Lush! Sophie was super helpful and very welcoming as I told her it was my first time there and I absolutely loved all the products! Can’t wait to come back !

I went in because their SpongeBob collaboration, caught my eye. And Sophie came over to talk about and demonstrate the products. She was extremely kind, patient, and helpful! I ended up buying 4 because of her and even the cashier with glasses whose name I didn’t catch was also very nice. Overall great first experience because of the employees nice personalities, thank you!

I love this location!!! Anhar is the best! She's unbelievable helpful and super friendly. Every time I go into that location I'm always greated and it's always so clean. Highly recommend this location!!!

I came in just shopping around on Friday and was just browsing but I met the sweetest associate. I ended up buying a few things for myself and my mother in law for her birthday! She was so helpful and friendly! She even helped make my gift look beautiful for her birthday that night!

Suemaya a very nice helpful girl, she showed me a whole lot of products for my face and hair I had to buy everything she showed me she was very helpful she took her time to show me how to use it she even told me that she uses the same products ,that made me feel good. I want them all! But sometimes money becomes an issue. The ladies here are SO FUN! They have the best attitudes. ALL OF THEM. They take the time out to make sure you get the right product for you and they are super adorable and sweet. Why isn’t customer service like this everywhere . I mean they have my business for sure. THANKS LADIES ! Oh yea i forgot about there great products! SHOP HERE !!!!

My wife likes to go here a lot whenever she has spare time and can make it over. The employees are always friendly to her. They always seem to be energetic and happy to help with questions.

I love this location! The employees are beyond friendly and so knowledgeable when it comes to their current offerings and assortment. I feel like a am visiting long lost friends when I stop in and always leave with a smile (and a full shopping bag!)

First of all Lush products are incredible! If you have not tried them then I highly recommend checking out their store. Went to the Orland location in the afternoon on 9/16/22 and the girls working were amazing. Appreciate each of them for the time they spent with me going over products. They were so nice and very helpful. Check out the Orland Park location, promise you will not regret.

The best bath bombs you will ever purchase! The scent of all bath bombs are very invigorating and strong! Colors are always vibrant as well! Ive tried others and none will love up to LUSH bath bombs.. Your skin and senses will thank you. Plus the staff in this store are always so welcoming and sweet!

Workers are always extremely helpful. I love the coffee scrub and gorgeous moisturizer. It is pricey but worth every drop. Since I started using 10 months ago I no longer need to use foundation.
