Clothes are very high-quality, and the prices can be very good during sales!

I was trying to find some stuff for me and my kids trip this weekend and I found most of it but couldn't find some pants I was looking for. The employees were helpful but seemed a little annoyed with me but they have fantastic clothes that last a long time so I would recommend The Children's Place.

Karkat (store manager) was super unprofessional and not helpful. Sarcastic and too busy on her phone to help pick up an online order. You may save 15% shipping to store, but definitely not worth the hassle or attitude. She knew they had issues with phone service in their store, as she's the one who told me, and I couldn't pull up my email without it. She said she couldn't look my order up any other way, and after I told her I've ordered from this store multiple times with only my ID for them to find and confirm my order with no issue, She agreed they can do that sometimes.. Gave her my ID and she said she didn't find my name. When I finally got service and my order email, I asked her what name she found my order under after all...she said, my name.

When you order online, there's a space that you can fill out someone else's name to pick up the order, with their ID. I've even had people do this for me as they're much closer to the store than I am. Even then did we have no issue.

To top it off, the store opens at 12 noon, but we saw them walking around inside, called to ask what's going on, and she just said they'd be open at 2p. .. super inconvenient. Not even worth the taxes saved.

One would think it would be a better price going to the store, welp not here! After spending $94 on four pjs I felt off. There is a reason why you can not load their website when you’re shopping inside….. and the BEST part is…. I was told that they wouldn’t price match their own website. Waste of time

The manager needs to do something, they have a bad customer service. today I went to buy clothes for my daughter in total I would pay 51 dollars I tried to pay with 100 and the cashier told me with a bad attitude that she had no change 😳 I don't understand how she didn't have change this happened at 4:30 pm!!

The people in this store totally have no idea what good customer service is. I'll NEVER shop there again.
