I ordered lavender matcha latte with honey and blood orange olive oil (?) cake. Both were really good! Would definitely come back and try other pastries and nitro. Also looking forward to a strawberry matcha soon! Loved their cozy atmosphere and warm interior as well :)

A coffee shop with a clean aesthetic and delicious coffee!☕

Out of all of the coffees that I had while visiting the New England area, this one was my favorite.

Atmosphere: The space is located on the corner Pond Avenue with a beautiful mural on the side of the building. Even though I went in to grab a coffee to go, it seemed like the space was perfect for getting some work done on the laptop or to sit down to catch up with friends.
Service: My ordering process was very quick. I hadn’t even had the chance to put my wallet back in my purse before the coffee was ready!
Menu items: I got a large, iced specialty autumn drink—I believe it was a cinnamon pumpkin flavor—and it was SO GOOD!

If I’m ever back in Newport, I plan to get some more coffee + try some of their food menu items!

Drove up from CT for an off-season day trip and saved this coffee shop due to the great reviews. Little did I know that I follow Audrey and the Nitro Bar on TikTok due to the hilarious content and that I hadn’t put the 2-and-2 together until we were there!

The place was slammed, but we got our coffees and breakfast sandwiches incredibly quick! We decided to go eat them on a pier and as I’m sipping my latte I can’t stop saying to my friend “wow, what have I been drinking recently, river water? This coffee is freken amazing!!!” I seriously am going to have withdrawals. I can’t go back to Dunkin/Starbucks simply for the convenience. Please come open a shop in central CT!

Amazing breakfast sandwich- whatever you get, get it on a bagel. It was bomb!

Great coffee, food, and baked goods! I love the cozy and casual vibe of this spot and their food and drinks are even better. Special mention to the breakfast burritos and pancakes, which are both fantastic!

This is some of the best cold brew I have ever had - if I lived in the area and could go here everyday I would no questions asked. They had a decent sized food menu in addition to delicious looking pastries. A bit on the pricey side, but the cold brew itself had a hint of sweetness and it was DELICIOUS.

A great little place to pick up Coffee, breakfast or Lunch. Also they offer free Filtered water to fill up your sports bottle.

Great atop for a morning sipper and a light breakfast. The Blueberry Pancakes were light and fluffy and paired perfectly with the Sausage and Egg English Muffin.

Obsessed with Nitro! Literally can’t get enough Nitro Bar and so beyond excited that they’ve opened this new spot on Thames! It’s gorgeously designed and cozy - the new menu is sooo good and the same great coffee that I’ve become completely addicted to!! (Also the loveliest team of humans making this place so welcoming!)

Wow! My mother and I walked down for just a coffee and ended up getting their breakfast special- English muffins sliders. Absolutely delicious. The coffee was so good, I had an iced seasonal special and my mom had the vanilla latte. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere is laid back and the food/coffee is incredible. Definitely going back.

Fantastic coffee shop! We stopped by to grab coffee and something quick for breakfast. The service was fast and friendly. Lots of great options for both food and coffee. We had the breakfast burrito, breakfast sandwich, dark horse nitro cold brew and a seasonal cinnamon sugar latte with oat milk. Everything was fantastic. The dark horse nitro was so smooth and not bitter at all, the best cold brew I’ve had. Both food items were very flavorful. The salami spread on the breakfast sandwich really unique.
We will absolutely return next time we’re in the area!

In the words of Tina Turner, their nitro cold brew is 'simply the best'. If a better nitro cold brew in the world exists, I haven't experienced it. (And I've tried cold brews a lot in my travels) Cold, creamy and flavorful, it's like the offspring of a Guinness and a dominant iced coffee.

I live in the Washington, D.C. area, and one of my best friends lives in Middletown. Every time I visit Aquidneck Island, I start my morning with a nitro cold brew from the Nitro Bar. You can even order ahead using their awesome app, so the cold brew is waiting for you, upon arrival.

When I'm in the mood for something a bit sweet -- but not overly so (I really dislike super sweet coffee drinks) -- I order the iced Wilbur (coconut syrup + cinnamon + coconut milk), which is also next level. For food, I've only experienced the avocado toast, and it's super tasty. They've expanded their menu a lot in the last year, and I can't wait to try their new items.

Overall, my only complaint is that they're 400+ miles from me. It breaks my heart! I hope they expand soon.
