I work at McDonalds . My Managers and Coworkers are all awesome to work with. Great benefits and pay as well.

West Point McDonald’s is one of the best McDonald’s to eat at. They took my order at the counter instead of forcing me to use the kiosk. The burgers weren’t mushed like most McDonald’s. The restaurant was clean and staff friendly.

The staff were great and even catered to my kids with special attention that made them feel exceptional 👏 👌

It's one of the best McDonald's I've ever been too. Customer service and quality of food is top notch. The manager Amanda (Mandi) is a superstar. She is kind and genuine. She doesn't have that robotic fake customer service you get from places like chic fil a. She genuinely cares about her customers and employees. She is a gem in that store.

Food was good, nice and hot. The drive-thru worker was extremely nice and cheerful, though I don't remember her name. Actually feel like she made my day overall a little better.

Quick service. The attendants are always cheerful and smiling. Love this location!

Every time I swing by here I always have the nicest ladies and gentlemen take my order, ask how each other's doing, and serve the coffee with a smile. Really makes my day! I'm grateful for y'all, your intentionality is recognized and appreciated!

I had a great experience here. This was my first time in America, love from Somalia. I came here at a young age and I have had a great time since. I have recently been granted a will from my grandmother which holds over two figures and I went and spent most of it on the new Travis Scott Burger and at first I asked for extra pickles (whole pickles on my sandwich) and I got 2 PICKLES!!! So I went to the manager and he was really nice and offered me a new Travis Scott burger. After I grabbed my new sandwich I was walking to my table and I slipped and fell and the manager dashed over the counter to save me and he caught me mid fall. After I was saved from my fall, I was taken to my table like a King, which I am the King of Somalia. I love my family and friends over in Somalia. I miss my brothers who played football with me and spent all their time with me. Another time I was in my limo passing through the town and I was extremely hungry at the time. I saw the Hardee's across the street but they spit on my new limo, so I decided to spend my new will from my deceased grandmother on some delicious fast food. As I enter the fine dining restaurant with my security team I was greeted by the staff and the manager (which they were all extremely nice) and I was sat immediately. I was craving some chicken nuggets lately, so that is what I ordered at the time. I got my food mighty fast and it tasted great and the manager hand delivered it to me. As I finished my delicious meal, the staff showed me the door along with my security team. I couldn't ask for a greater staff team or a greater restaurant in West Point, Virginia.

Great I like this McDonald's!! Fast, great customer service the guys there funny friendly seems like a great place to work. They won't disappoint 🙌 Koodos cause sometimes customer could be rude but these guys handle it with a awesome smile. Thank you for hot fries 🍟

Food was hot and tasty. I ordered thru the app and got to skip the line. Easy as that.

This is the best McDonald's in Virginia that i am aware of the manager Brian is outstanding and fabulous you can tell that he really cares about his job and that the customers are happy with their orders best customer service i have ever received from a McDonald's or any fast food reastraunt for that matter weather you passing thru this little town or are a local you will be pleased how this McDonald's differs from the rest in all the right ways

So there I was sitting in a Burger King lot and all the sudden I got a Big Mac attack. So I naturally went across the street to this McDonald's and indulged in some Ronald magic. The food was fresh and the staff were friendly. This McDonald's didn't disappoint and put the gold in the arches!

Ordered 2 McChickens with cheese and onion in the drive thru and they forgot the cheese. I went inside and they were so helpful and quick to help me and replaced my order quickly. Grateful that they are doing their best to lift up this store and help it be better than the past. Thank you!

Working out of town and needed a quick breakfast. They were open and I was on my way in less than 3 minutes from the time I ordered.

He was getting lunch with a secret companion he travels with his bird is bird is best friend the bird does not fly away he dance around on his back of his neck and his hand and at this time was trying to get some coffee and this is a phenomenal I always think that would fly away if they get a chance to but this one is the companion and friend of his dear driver who drives him around the country

Fast service, order was accurate, employees working hard providing fast excellent customer service to its customers!
