I absolutely love Aiden. I came in not sure about what to order and he made me the perfect drink! He asked what I like and don’t like and curated a drink just for me. He is so bubbly and adds character to this Starbucks. This made my day:)

There is a barista here named Jessica and let me tell ya, OH MAMA. Not only the looks of a fine elegant fox with the grace of a butterfly in the coffee bar, but the heart of a goddess. She gracefully blessed me which her kind words, leaving me struck with awe and bliss. I will never again have such an amazing experience at any other Starbucks unless if my girl Jessica is working here. If any Starbucks Reps read this, please, if you can find it in your heart, grant Jessica, oh sweet Jessica, with the most grand raise any Starbucks worker has ever earned. Thank you.

Great Place To Get Coffee, nice employees and great Lattes. They’re Usually Pretty Busy So If Your Rude And Impatient Expecting Them To Move Like Robots, I Won’t Recommend. But If You Know Great Coffee Is Worth A Few Minutes I Highly Recommend This Starbucks Super Friendly Baristas.

This is a small but charming Starbucks branch that is perfect for studying and catching up on some work. The staff is very friendly!

im not a starbucks guy usually but i tried the acai refresher here and it was fire. also the lighting in here is amazing

Staff was nice and quick. I got my coffee exactly like I wanted it. Friendly employee at the register even let me know about a discount they had for hotel guests.

My order is always correct and the employees are so nice and wonderful, especially given that most places are understaffed right now. This is my go to Starbucks in Bloomington Normal.

Always amazing service. However, I've gone through a horrible withdrawal, as they've been closed at this location for nearly 2 months for a remodel. I work nearby, often visiting 4 or 5 times a day. But I've made it through, and I hear that they will reopen on Wednesday. Thank you Jesus, now I can stop paying this therapist.
