Great coffee! Nice atmosphere inside with great natural light. Had a flatwhite and was done nicely. Will come back and recommend for.thise seeking good coffee and espresso.

I love spending the morning working at Rootline. The employees are always friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. There's plenty of table and sofa seating. They locally source breakfast tacos from restaurants, which is a great treat. Definitely would recommend this place when in Dripping Springs.

Such a gem in Dripping Springs. Not only was the setting cozy and inviting, not only was the coffee some of the best I've tasted (including compared to coffee places I visited while in Europe), but Aimee's friendliness and energy just made the experience even better. Will definitely return many more times in the future, including when they open their new coffee house in the main building next door!

Review Amended: We returned to Rootline on 12/19 and customer service was much better. Lattes were made as requested and it was an all around great experience. Thank you for responding to our review and turning around the experience. Rootline will be one of our regular stops.

My husband and I really enjoy the atmosphere at Rootline. Very inviting. However, unfortunately the quality of staff varies. First unfavorable encounter was with the staff on 11/20 at 10AM. New crew. Lattes were not made correctly (no foam, watered down) and spilling out of the cup. When we asked the staff to correct part of our order, they seemed ‘put out’ by the request. I hope this image will be correct promptly.

Great coffee that has a very clean taste to it. Also, when mixed with flavorings, it's not over powered and you can still taste the coffee in your vanilla latte. And finally, Love that they get coffee ethically!

UPDATE: They now have a permanent location! The coffee is better than ever! I highly recommend this local company for some amazing coffee!

Such an incredible mission and atmosphere and coffee! This will be a place our family will be honored to support. Excited for what God will do through this new sweet spot in Dripping.

Great lattes, coffee and service! Adorable mobile coffee bar - and saw that they’re getting a sit down space! We grabbed a coconut latte w oat milk & a caramel cookie delight coffee; however, we also sampled their house coffees! They have them all on the deck of the coffee truck with sample cups encouraging you to sample. They’re excellent! Mondays they serve tacos, so my husband got the egg and potato taco and loved it

Visiting from Portland and very picky about my coffee. Rootline checked all the boxes for me! Great atmosphere, great coffee, friendly baristas. I wish they had pastries in, but maybe next time I'm in town!

Highly recommend! Great atmosphere, amazing coffee and friendly staff. Love what they stand for as well, so that’s the cherry on top. I got the Alpine cold brew. Try it out!

Great service, unique coffee experience. I got a honey lavender oatmilk latte (perfectly delicate) and the hubs got a white chocolate latte (sweetly delicious).

They had some breakfast tacos from Pig Pen BBQ that were yummy enough to make us stop there for dinner later.

We’d definitely stop again next time we’re in Dripping Springs.

Chai Tea needs MUCH more work...VERY bland and disappointing :(

This is a great little coffee stop. They have a great back story and the coffee is superb. My favorite is the Natural roast. It's a light to medium roast, natural processed bean. It has lots of floral and berry notes. They also have dark roasts too if you like that. Ethically sourced coffee is where it's at.

This is my second time and no bad experience at all. I tend to visit places a few times before giving a review but I had to give one. What I enjoy is that I can taste actual coffee in their drinks and not 100 grams of sugar instead. I chose a simple honey and coconut milk latte the first time and was given an option of level of milk I wanted which is great. If you want to only taste the milk and your sweetener, they give you that option. For those who prefer to taste coffee and then everything else, they give you that option as well. The coffee beans taste fresh as well as the ingredients. This has me truly believing they keep a close eye on their farmers and pay above minimum wage to provide an excellent tasting bean. I’ve noticed that when coffee businesses state this, their coffee does taste fresher than your average bag at a national chain. I love the ability to be the boss of your own cup that morning. They give you the options and also suggestions if needed and you walk away with exactly what you needed. I’ll note too that I don’t feel crummy after a cup. I’ve left both times saying, “mmmm!!” whereas I’ve left Starbucks with the thought of, “The chemicals in the coffee are tasting a bit strong today”. Go local y’all and trust what they say. The proof is in taste of their beans.

Great start to our morning! I ordered a latte w/almond milk and my husband, a mocha. The drinks were very good and customer service excellent. Very friendly and happy young staff. We took what was left of their breakfast tacos and loved them. Their red salsa w/sriracha quickly became my new favorite taco condiment. I also sampled their medium dark drip coffee and enjoyed it. When you mix it w/1 packet of the raw cane sugar they provide, there’s a hint of a honey flavor in the coffee. I liked that. We are only in town for a few days from N. Tx but if we lived in this area, we’d definitely grab a punch card and be back.

First of all, I was thankful to see a coffee shop/truck join the area across from our community. Secondly, it’s even more amazing because the coffee is awesome! The staff is knowledgeable and extensively trained in roasting and brewing. They know what they are doing!!! My husband loves the cold brew because it doesn’t have a bitter after taste (they properly roast without burning). And for me, I love that they make their own sugar-free mocha syrup! It’s delicious! They have assorted milk options too! Welcome to the neighborhood EDG Coffee!!

I LOVE EDG COFFEE! I love them not only because they have amazing coffee, but also because of their mission. I love knowing that they follow ethical practices for the environment, but more importantly for people! On the practical side, they delivered the coffee quickly and the French press ground has been perfect! Subscribing for my next order for sure!

EDG Coffee exceeds expectations. The coffee is AMAZING; I actually drink it black because I enjoy the natural flavor without additives. Not to mention that whenever I order, it typically ships the same day. I love supporting this company, not only because they have a great product, but because their mission saves lives- literally. When I buy coffee here, I rest assured that it is fair-trade, but I am even more excited about how my purchase helps amazing people in Nicaragua sustain careers and develop the ability to support themselves. If there is a company I trust with my money, it's this one. I couldn't recommend this place more!
