Dunkin'

So friendly so clean and so fast honestly I was blown away at how sweet they were today was national coffee day and it was my first time going to this location Simone was the one at the drive-through window and let me tell you she is definitely an asset I cannot brag enough!! She took her time and telling me all the flavors when I was ordering my coffee and look at these donuts I was surprised with!

Came by today(6-26) around 6pm from another Dunkin which messed up my order, asking for it to be remade. The workers were very understanding and kind, and remade my drink, apologizing even tho it was not their fault. I will be coming by more often, great service, AMAZING coffee!

I just went through the drive thru and they did not have what I ordered but the young man suggested a donut of the same flavor so I ordered 1 donut. When I got around to pay I had my money ready to pay and this young man smiled and said I got you. I was surprised but so happy to see such customer service. I smiled back and thanked him. I hope he reads this review so he sees his kindness was appreciated. Thank you sir. Keep smiling.

I like my Dunkins. Lately its been a struggle with lack of staff to find great Dunk’s. I stopped in for a quick bite and coffee. The store was very clean and so was the bathroom. Usually been finding stores drive thrus backed up, not this one. They had a large morning staff on and appeared as soon as you pulled up they processed you right out. Had a plain bagel and plain cream cheese. I have to say lately bagels I have been getting are tough and chewy. Not here it was soft and fresh, with a good helping of cream cheese. Coffee was good I just get a regular. I used mobile ordering and order was ready and waiting by the time I arrived. Great Job!
Also as a nice touch they have a few outdoor tables for sitting outside to enjoy your coffee.

I’ve been to quite literally hundreds of Dunkin’s around the north east and this was the fastest, most polite experience I’ve had.

Good attitude smiling faces wholesome conversation. Store is clean coffee was perfect and they even put butter inside my blueberry muffin and warmed it. A perfect experience. Thank you

Normally stopped coming here because it’s horrible service and not good food or coffee, but todah gave it another shot and the customer service Mrs Melody was awesome! She changed my coffee for me because I didn’t like it and also gave me free box of Munchkins . Best customer service ever here.

Summer 2021 has passed in a stressful and rather dull blur. Amidst these monotonous days, I received small moments of serenity in the form of a Dunkin cup on my way to work. I’ve never been a regular anywhere prior to this establishment, but this summer and with this location, I couldn’t resist. Every morning I’d place my mobile order, and it was consistently ready upon arrival and handed off with a greeting and smile. The employees at Dunkin Clemmons are true heroes in the fight against COVID. Okay, maybe not, but they’re angels nonetheless. I would die for them. Probably. Maybe. Anyway. I’ve lost my train of thought. What I’m trying to say is this: Dunkin Clemmons delivers with a smile and assurance of customer confidence in order fulfillment. I’m not sure what I’m gonna do without them as I head back to college, but I can promise that I’ll be back in the future <3

Even though they were out of a couple holiday flavors the friendly staff made the experience fun and tasty.

Great Dunkin location right off of 40. they have all the staples but it is better to hit the drive through than dine in. They do have ♿ handicap accessible parking, entrances, and restrooms. They are also perfect to keep socially distant. Love their app for easy and on the go orders of ☕ coffee and 🍩 doughnuts.

Love Dunkin Donuts! Coffee is fantastic and have some healthy breakfast options. Love the powerhouse sandwich with veggie egg whites, turkey sausage, cheese on multigrain flat bread. (Leave off cheese to cut a few calories!) :) Muchins are an awesome way to have a treat and variety instead of whole donuts.

Really enjoy the hot coffees here especially the caramel macchiato and they have way more flavor than the competitors. I feel like im drinking a coffee here and not hot sugar milk.

Wonderful customer service every time I go through the drive thru. Fast moving drive thru line at 7am when there is a long line!
