We had a pleasant visit. My coffee was hot and my Donuts were fresh. My daughter got a iced coffee and she loved it just the way they make it.

Lexus was such a sweetheart! Absolutely will be coming back. Extremely friendly and bubbly person!! Great customer service ❤

So much better than Port Richey location. Quickly got my order and cashier was friendly.

The customer service has been great very friendly. The Carmel ice coffee with cream and sugar is just how I like it. I also enjoy the sweet sugar bacon sandwich croissant. 9/20/23 The cashier at the window made me laugh which made my morning. Thank you guys for smiling especially since you're so busy. Keep up the good work.

These people work hard! This location gets slammed all the time and they do a great job. Somebody has to say it.

The employees go out of their way to get your orders just right. Always smiling when they greet you too.

This morning before work I had a few extra minutes so I stopped at Dunkin. I tried the new pumpkin spice Iced coffee and I really thought I would love it because I am a fan of pumpkin. I was wrong and I went to throw it away when the manager Luz and Marilyn stopped me. They were so awesome and explained that I was the customer and they wanted to see me happy. They asked me if I wanted something else and made me a caramel iced coffee free of charge. I'm not one to try and get something for free but this act is CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST. The world lacks this but I will recognize AMAZING MANAGEMENT when I see it and receive it. Luz was right there to assist her staff and compliment them and encourage them. Bravo Dunkin Donuts for this wonderful and uplifting manager and her team.

This is the best dunkin donuts to stop by and grab a coffee and sandwich on your way to work. The line is usually pretty long any time of day, but it moves very fast. Also, I've never had any problems with my order or missing items on any of my visits. Luz, the manager, has always been kind and helpful.

The location in 9500 block Belair road is the best. My mobile order is always ready on time and accurate.

These young people as someone put it are great to me,have always been.They know what I want and are always great to me .And this store is better than any I've been to.I give them 200 percent on service,and they're kindness.

I always take my pugs there after a vet appointment to get a pup cup for them and a donut for us. The staff is always great and so doesn't love DD!!! Pugs run on DD!!!

Always seems like they have attitudes and are quick to cut you off to try and guess what you said after they asked you to repeat it and they still get it wrong. Oh and their new rewards menu SUCKS. GIVE ME MY FREE LATTE ONCE A WEEK. I don't want yalls food cause everything I try something different it socks also except for the snackin bacon

This is my goto for morning coffee. I'm a regular there.

Was really busy and long line but it was 7 am, main rude thing was other people cutting in front of me to get to there food/ drink that wasn't ready yet, got my order right iced carmel coffees were good only thing I could ask for is a carmel drizzle ontop other wise perfect

10 Star Shoutout to Kayla!!! Mixup on my order and she went above and beyond to make it right. Gal at speaker, no greeting, no good morning, could hardly say drive thru! Then when Kayla trying to get my order right they both stood around her not wanting to help or run for her to get my donuts. You need more people like her at your store. Shame on you DD for putting this store in such a poor area where no room for cars to drive thru and the parking . Also coming in and out on a busy busy street like Mariner.!!!! And the gals. with the bun on their heads, i bet they make the same as Kayla!! Kayla keep. up the great work ethic, you will go to great heights.

Going in is much better than the over crowded drive thru.
Got some bagels and some muffins all were very good
