Please try the breakfast sandwich options with egg. I typically enjoy a hot beverage from here but this month I had a feeling for a cold drink to match the season. There are plenty of tasty options to choose from.

Ok so I buy starbuck for my parents, gf, sister bc they are obsessed, but its the first time trying it myself & I gotta say this is significantly better then the coffee I make at home. Yup, I'll be back tomorrow.. thanks so much for your friendly service.

Must have visited during an off time. Few people in this store and busy staff on their drive thru. Very clean and inviting to sit in their spaces and enjoy the coffee.

The team here is so nice and cheerful. Totally worth going slightly out of my way for an extra smile. This Starbucks also has a lot of tables for two inside and out which is nice.

OM Gosh, the staff is so NICE on RTE 29 Fairfax. Welcome to STARBUCKS...how are you today....and she ACTUALLY waited for my answer...HOW WONDERFUL 🥰. The Server at the window was just as friendly...LOVE IT. Folks i need for you to visit this STARBUCKS, you will love it!! 5 Stars for this one! I will definitely visit this one again 🥰

Every single time I’ve been here, it’s been an awesome experience. I’ve been working at the Trek Bikes (formerly Spokes) across the street for almost four years now, and I stop by this Starbucks pretty frequently. The entire crew over there has been nothing but kind and personable. Shoutout to Kim and that one dude with the glasses (I’m sorry I forgot your name but you’re always a blast to talk to). Both of them in particular have always been straight up awesome to talk to every single time. Thank you to everyone here who helps me get my morning started (read: fuel my caffeine addiction). Luckily, cycling and coffee go hand in hand.

Clean location friendly staff and plenty of seating

Soooo I ordered a few drinks( like 4) for pick up and came in and of course it was busy so I knew I was going to be there a while. One of the barristers (I wish I could remember get name) was so kind and asked me what my drink order was after noticing I had been standing there for a while only for us to realize it was the wrong dang location lol I was so mad it was way too early to process anything and it was raining lol instead of sending me away(which has been done to mein multiple locations before) she made the drinks for me. That was the smallest thing but it definitely made my day. Mohammed was great as well I will definitely start adding the site to my daily morning routine lol

Generally speaking, my experience here is similar as all other Starbucks stores. Good.

This Starbucks location is truly fantastic 👏. The staff is outstanding and very kind all day long. They deserve a big raise by Starbucks. They truly have made me very happy every time we've been their to visit our friend. The staff kindly & sincerely taught me how I can order my version of my fav drink so its just perfect! Also I adore the pup cup policy at all starbucks as my man and I will stop at Starbucks on our trips all over the country and our past and new dogs now love it. We do admit to going their more often for the dogs lol. [ good job Starbucks smart move!]

All of the staff members here are incredibly friendly and offer great customer service. In fact, one time we went thru the drive-thru and an older man got out of his car and started yelling as us through our window and proceeded with telling the barista not to take our order simply because he thought we had cut in front of him. Instead it was the traffic pattern in the lot - normally the cars alternate to prevent from blocking the entrance. When I arrived to the window, I was greeted by a wonderful young woman (I wish I had gotten her name) who I believe is the manager. I explained the situation to her and she was more than understanding and apologized for my experience. She told another barista to let her know when said old man was at the window so she could address his behavior towards other customers. I was more than impressed by the way she handled this situation, and honestly, I felt so bad she had to deal with the man that we came back with donuts for the staff!

As if that wasn't enough - there is one particular barista that always brightens our day. My little sister and I frequent this Starbucks a lot and every time we hear Brandon's voice through the speaker, we're excited. He's just incredibly peppy, positive, and just makes our day better! He's just VIBRANT!

Fairfax, Lee hwy location is fantastic. Last week they were little busy. So the lady who took my order was wrong with the size that I ordered. She professionally took it away and without any question she placed it witht the correct one with thousands times sorry. It was amazing experience! Highly recommended!

I went through the drive-thru this morning and the guy working was so polite. Honestly made my morning, he was very nice for so early! Wish I got his name, all I know is he is from Ecuador. Anyways, great service and very fast.

Line was a little long , so there was a wait but Brandon was at the window Level of customer service was so pleasant I would wait double if it meant we got Brandon again Awesome job 👏 Thx for the great experience !

This store always gives me 5 star service. However, the company needs to update their online merchandise status. I purchased a tumbler online using points and when I got to the store the product was unavailable. So, I drove long distance and lost 400 points.

Coffee and service is so addictive that I'm in need of rehab! Love spending money where the service is stellar and the product is top notch! Never have to wait unnecessarily, and always get what I need. Thanks for the friendly staff and consistently great service.

Drive thru moves fast. Never have had an order messed up and there's a dude that works the drive thru sometimes that's super polite and funny. It's usually more of my wife's preference to do starbucks but no issues with this store from us.
