I always feel welcome at my neighborhood Starbucks. Always a friendly greeting waiting for me, which is very welcome in this world where being greeted is more and more rare.

Even when I order online, I still feel like they care about me as a customer.

My favorite food is the dbl bacon breakfast sandwich and the banana nut bread. One of my favorite drinks is the caramel ribbon crunch frapp.

I satisfy my dietary needs by using the phone app to customize my drink (i.e. coconut milk instead of cream or milk, decaf espresso, or other add-ins.) Using the app makes me feel confident that my drink order wasn't misheard and saves me the embarrassment and judgement of rattling off my laundry list of preferences.

Fav Starbucks in the area. Jerzie is the sweetest barista in the entire world.

This is my favorite Algonquin Starbucks due to excellent, friendly staff, and drinks that taste consistently the same as I've come to expect. A minor downside is it is always jam packed during morning and after work rush. But I guess that's to be expected.

Love there coffee and frappuccino,cappuccino etc. Only problem prices are getting to high to come there anymore.

The staff at this location are rockstars-I honestly do not understand how they do it. I was just in at 6:30 am, picking up my mobile order-and an adult women came in to pick up hers as well. There was a long line at the drive thru and the adult women felt the need to stop one of the employees to complain that there were no sprinkles on her coffee. An ADULT complaining over not getting sprinkles.The employee, without hesitating, fixed the issue.

The store is a bit aged but, service and and menu is excellent.

I called the store because my apple crisp oatmeal machiatto was made wrong the day prior. I felt a little uncomfortable doing so, but coffee is expensive and I just wanted to see if I can come in for a remake. I talked to Ryan and he was very friendly and with no hesitation said I can come in for my fall favorite. Made my day. Thank you Ryan. Thank you starbucks:)

Extremely nice here. Person at the counter (i dont remember their name but they had snake bite piercings) gave me so many compliments

I genuinely love this Starbucks. The baristas are quick and nice and know what they are doing. I’ve messed up my own order a couple of times and they have been very helpful. Also today I was a bit confusing and the barista was really helpful about it. It seems like a tough job

We just stopped in for a quick snack. The staff greeted us promptly and were very happy to answer my questions about certain items on the drink menu. We are not coffee drinkers so we usually don't stop at Starbucks. My iced lemon loaf was fantastic. I also liked the strawberry acai drink I ordered. I should have ordered a large. My wife had the breakfast bun and she said it was very good. She also had a bottled drink. Which she liked. Thanks Starbucks!

I love you. Your beauty, your taste, your exquisite mind of creativeness when it comes to coffee. Its not even just coffee its also teas, and hot chocolates, and wraps. The feeling of each dish in my mouth just quenches my empty stomach. And the feeling of my dry throat turning moist when I drink one of your delightful brews.

Very nice location! Drinks were delicious and staff was friendly! I brought my own cups and they all complimented the designs on them :)

I tried a Matcha Green Tea Latte and wasn’t a big fan of it. Thinking about just tossing it, I reluctantly told the barista that I didn’t like it and without questions she offered to replace it on the house. Little acts of kindness and great customer services makes the prices and quality of SB well worth it! Thank you for making my day! Fast and friendly staff and chilled vibes from the patrons!

They are amazing. No matter how busy they are (which they are ALL the time) the staff is so friendly, and they’ve never messed up an order with me before. Not to mention, their coffee is amazing!

I seldom visit Starbucks, but was out in the area for work so I made a stop at this location. Personally the menu has always been intimidating to me, I typically don’t know what to order, and have also had some lack luster customer service experiences in previous visits, which has led me to avoid Starbucks. This particular day I was catered to by a gentleman by the name of Ed and I can say I was provided with undoubtedly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Ed made me feel extremely welcomed and also made my feelings of intimidation and uncertainty dissipate. He provided me a plethora of suggestions based on his expertise of the menu. It’s comforting to know there are employees, such as ed, out there who truly care about the customer and go above and beyond to accommodate them. Anytime I’m back out this way I’ll make it a priority to visit this location!

Great coffee like always. The only thing was they didn’t have nitro cold brew which is a minor mishap. (first world problem lol.). Besides that everything was amazing customer service is on point! Thank you guys for always getting my complicated orders right! With in app ordering the whole process is a breeze and I get my daily caffeine intake!

Using the app makes it a ton easier. Let me explain. Order the drink when you leave your house. Drive to the shop. BOOM ITS READY! I'm giving them an A+++++.

So there were two occasions where there was a mistake on my drink and when I called and told them what had happened they were extremely accommodating and remade my drinks for me no problem. The Staff is super friendly and this place really takes customer service to the next level. Very happy.
