Panera Bread

Went into the restaurant today and was greeted by Ava at the cashier. She was so friendly and took time to help me with my order. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back. Great job!!

Manager David deserves acknowledgment for his professionalism in dealing with a very irritated, seemingly irrational customer. He could not have handled himself or the situation in a better manner. Customer service is not always an easy task, and what I witnessed earlier this evening was nothing short of a master class in how to manage a difficult customer.

I just wanted to say it was fast and really good service. Lucas the employee was amazing he was very understanding and respectful when I was placing my order.

Panera has been my guilty pleasure every morning they week the coffees good the food is always delicious. The people staff is very nice and friendly

I've never had a bad experience at Panera. Love the salads, sandwiches and bagels. Online ordering is so simple.

One of my old high school friends used to work here, but I never stopped in until my ex dragged me along for dinner. I wasn't too sure what I wanted, as I didn't really see anything on the menu that would suit my fancy, but I'm very glad that I was able to customize my sandwich and I enjoyed it so much! I got my mom hooked on this place as well and whenever we are in the area, this is our go-to place! I love their sandwiches and getting either the creamy rice or baked potato soup if they have it. The smoothies are very good as well!

Panera is the stuff. My joint. The girls are very nice as always and its very clean. Never had a complaint other than the "hard as a rock" butter packages. Please offer room temp butters as well! Love you guys

I pretty much always get the same thing: A full Mediterranean sandwich with a scoop of TUNA and chips. THAT'S it! Mmmmm.... sooo good!

Diane was so kind and helpful, she saw I was sitting in the curbside pickup lane, even after getting my food, and checked on me. I communicated how I accidentally ordered the wrong meal and was ordering the correct one. She brought my correct soup out with no hassle or anything. She defiantly made my day! Thank you Diane!

Wonderful selection of food items. Many healthy choices. The staff is always friendly. I frequently choose the Drive Thru for a fast, healthy & tasty meal. I have tried the others & no one can match Panera Bread for Healthy, good quality meals. Try it!

Great experience, typical panera food and atmosphere. Cashier went over the top tho, had two screaming kids while trying to order and she provided them both with cookies on the house to help calm them down and let us order. Amazing service, thank you.

Great ice cream, friendly staff.

Very great service and very professional. I had a mix-up with my order and the manager came right out to assist, immediately got me a brand new order and even threw in a free cookie for the inconvenience despite my protests. Will definitely recommend and be a returning customer. Thank you for the high-class professionalism.

I'm addicted and obsessed with the New Tikka Masala Soup!!! The best soup I've ever had!!

We love the pick two. The soups are very good. We always take our grandsons there. They love the mac n cheese and the grilled cheese sandwich and the meal comes wit a yogurt tube.

The nicest staffed Panera Jackie bartoli always serves her customers with a smile. Management changed a while back and now the store enjoys a more friendly tone that is appreciated. Their names escape me but the ladies who make the sandwiches are the friendliest women I have ever met. the only issue I have with this panera is somehow My order is wrong more often then it is right. Not sure If it's a communication error on my end or theirs but they always seem willing to insure customer satisfaction.

Went for the famous broccoli cheese soup in a sourdough bread bowl. It did not disappoint! Yummy!!

Noticed recent management change or big personnel change. Very much impoved compared to before. Employees are very polite and nice now. No complaints about food since this recent change. One of the best Panera location in Northwest suburbs.

Prompt service, sat inside and ate. Everything was fresh, and delicious!!

I get coffee most mornings and order ahead through the app. Everyone is always friendly, even though it’s just after opening, the coffee is hot and wonderful, and the staff deals with any difficult customers with patience and care.
