Biggby Coffee

This place is my favorite recently for many reasons. First, the coffee tastes great and is well presented. Second, the new management and the team are very friendly and helpful. Third, the coffee shop is clean which motivates me to have my coffee indoors.

GOGGLE GUIDE REVIEW: The barista‘s are amazing and the Biggby franchise story is very inspiring. Internally, at this location, the atmosphere is great for coworking with music that allows you to focus. A lot of inspirational books from the founder can be purchased here as well as fair trade in organic teas, and calendars that give back. Definitely an environment for budding Entrepreneurs, and successful ones alike. Def a great place to just chill and get inspired.

The owner and the employees are awesome! The coffee and bagel I always get always taste amazing! They have wonderful costumer service and I highly recommend this Biggby!

Reliable and always friendly! I haven't been able to make it my way around since the statewide closures. I appreciate the precautions they took. The dolls and set up was cute. I recommend their Turkey havarti with cream cheese, they have halal turkey available and it's always good.

The owner Hisham is amazing. His team is so professional and helpful.

Best biggby I have ever been to! Customer service out the roof, it was my brothers birthday and they specialized the drink and decorated the cup! They definitely made my week and won my service! Excellent team!

Their latte is amazing. The milk in the coffee tasted so fresh! Okay-ish bagels. And very good customer service. Defintetely

Best staff at Biggby. The owner is the best as well, always advocating for supporting local businesses. The staff is very friendly there. I recommend the Caramel Mocha and Turkey Havarti Bagel!

A man and woman got my wonderful quick and where very polite :) they awnsered all my questions and made the butter bear so tasty!

The staff was greatly helpful here. I knew what I wanted but didn't know how to order it and she figured it out from what I told her I wanted. Excellent!

I have Biggby down the street from my house but I come to this one because the crew and service is outstanding. Elissa has seen me pull up in parking lot and had my drink ready. Her and Alex are great. There have been many morning where I have been in a bad mood and these guys turn it around. They are so friendly and do a great job. I appreciate you guys

The team at this Biggby was so friendly and helpful today. When they said hello, I felt like they were actually happy to see me. Most of the time when I walk into a place, I feel like I'm inconveniencing the people who work there.

My son was looking for an older menu item (Orange Dream), and they took the time to look for it - and found it!

When they said thank you and wished me a good day, it felt genuine. I actually felt happier having stopped there. And because my spirits were so high when i left the store, I carried that spirit into the rest of my day with me.

So please thank your staff for spreading around good energy. We need more people like them.

BY FAR THEE BEST BIGGBY LOCATION!!!

I used to frequent another Biggby location just based out of convenience, switched employers and had began using the Greenfield location way more frequently.
When I first started coming here, I knew what I liked to drink (and usually end up sticking to it) and they offered a similar drink that I could try in the future, while informing me of the ingredients, in which were quite close to my current favorite!

MY FAVORITE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE ARE:
Kate, Zack, Malac, Bella, Lena, Adam, and Alex!!

These guys have amazing customer service, I have NEVER had to ask to have a drink remade at this location (as I have at others, and got attitude, along with huffing/puffing and an eye roll- because they burned my milk), quick, extremely efficient, give you options to try if you're a newbie.

I totally recommend this location 10000000%!!!!

If you're in the area shopping, traveling on 94, in need of a pick me up (both in energy and customer service), or might even need a snack that will hold you over for a little while, THEY HAVE YOU COVERED!!!

Honestly this place is so underrated it's amazing. They have amazing batistas each one is nicer then the other. The drinks and bagels are amazing and if you don't know what to get because you don't go alot or you're a new customer. They will have some suggestions for you and let you know what they think. Will be going more often.

Definitely the best customer service I've ever experienced at a coffee shop! No matter how many times i come here i am always greeted with a warm smile and friendly faces. They even offer suggestions that makes the experience even better.! This is now my favorite coffee shop.
