McDonald's

I opted not to review the food since I'm gluten free (celiac) and am vegan by choice so McDonald's at the bottom of the fast food list. I went in for a coffee with friends and found the management and staff to be very friendly. I haven't been to McDonald's in over 10 years and was mildly surprised that they hadn't become even a little more considerate about alternatives to animal products, as many fast food places are.

I mean it really hasn't changed all that much since I was a kid. Nice people make and serve you delicious food in a clean environment. What's not to like?

Just wanted to let you know that out of all your MCDONALD'S Silverdale has ALWAYS BEEN the best food and service anywhere. Your staff always apologizes if you need to pull forward if any of it takes too long they give you a card for something free. I never use them because I loose them notoriously. But still gestured. I appreciate it. Gals that I have seen for decades are so nice, the guys and young girls I see come through are always presentable, clean and have a smile and tell me to have a good day or great day. Food is always fresh!!! I've been meaning to comment and let you know how amazing your store is! Julie who has worked at a couple is as sweet as they come. I've been going for over 35 years to this store and prefer this one and Bainbridge is also pretty Awesome and so is Port Orchard off the freeway. Good job and tip my hat to your standards. BK should definitely take some time to understand your protocols. Keep up the good work, friendly appreciated staff and humbling it goes along way in a small town.

The morning staff here was awesome! We were on the island and decided to drive thru to grab some slushies for the heatwave. From the lady who took our order, to the cashier who took our payment, to the guy that gave us our drinks... everyone was so friendly and pleasant and even chatted with my toddler for a moment :)

Nicest fast food location/experience I have had in quite a while. Fast, friendly, clean, tasty. Can't ask for much more.

This is literally the best McDonald's I've ever done business with. Their staff is almost always over-the-top in terms of what I expect on the customer-service side at a fast food restaurant. No problems with orders. I'm local and I eat here a few times a month (don't tell my nutritionist, haha).

Jeff, the general manager, was amazing. We purchased a keyboard and wanted to try it out. He and his staff accommodated our family by providing us with an extension cord and allowed us to play the keyboard inside the restaurant. Of course our kids used a headset and didn’t bother other customers. However they were extremely professional and their customer service was top notch. Thank you so much!!!

I went this evening and ordered a double quarter pounder, just the sandwich, at the drive through. When I pulled around to pay, a young red-haired woman suggested a "two sandwiches for the price of one deal". It was actually a tiny bit less expensive. Wow!! What a great way to build brand loyalty, and store loyalty! Plus, the sandwiches were really fresh, hot, and probably the best I've had at a McDonald's in a long time. I'm not from Bainbridge, but I'm in the area at least once a week. This McDonald's is now my absolute favorite! Good job!

This location has the most friendly workers, the cleanest environment, and the best food of any McDonalds I have ever been to. The shake machine goes down frequently, but the same is true for every location I've ever visited :)

Only fast-food drive thru on the island. Due to short staff, their hours vary daily from what is posted. I would check first before depending on it.

Ok, so not all McDonalds are created equal. I have an apartment in West Seattle and the meals at the McDonalds along California Ave (across the high school) are a bit expensive. We pass this McDonalds all the time whenever we are in Bainbridge and the meals are cheaper, the entire restaurant is clean, and the soda fountain is like the newest model.

Friendly. Service was a little slow on the coffee but it was late, we were coming from the ferry and the lights were still on at McDonald's - so nice.

Good McDonald’s with a friendly staff. Do a mobile order if the drive through line is around the building for faster service :)

First McDonald’s to ever serve my food fresh and hot!!!! My mcdoubles came with the cheese melted and it was the best I’ve tasted lol.

Awesome service and you can come in and order and use the bathroom during covid just can't sit and eat 😉
