The wonderful staff found out was my birthday, made me feel incredibly welcome, and whipped up an incredible strawberry frappuchino! Loved the visit, highly highly recommend! Give everyone raises, amazing customer service!

An amazing establishment! Everyone is super nice and lovely to be around. It is kept extremely clean and the staff are excellent. When I went in Grace was the supervisor on the floor and she was so friendly and was leading her team flawlessly. This is store also takes CoVid-19 mitigation seriously and I personally really respect and appreciate that.

Friendly employees and nice feel to the inside. Hot fireplace and cool artwork on the wall for decorations.

As a local, I love bouncing around to all of the small businesses including local cafes and bakeries. Lately though this Starbucks in particular has been my jam! The crew/team working right now is SO friendly and take time to chat with you even when they’re going about their busy day. I even heard one of the employees announce it was time to wash hands, so it’s known they are on top of cleanliness during this pandemic too!! I also never review places but felt I needed to chime in :). Thanks so much for bringing good positive vibes to the island!!

This Starbucks location is by far my favorite one to visit. I’m a regular here! The staff are the friendliest group I have ever encountered at any Starbucks. They always greet everyone that enters with a cheery hello and ask about your day. There have legit been times I was having a bad day but after going in to get my usual drink and being greeted by everyone, I felt instantly better. The baristas are also very good at making drinks. I always get the same drink whenever I go to any other Starbucks and it always tastes different depending on where I go. However I can always count on my drink being made perfectly and consistently at this location! The place is kept very clean and everyone does their part in wearing masks and maintaining social distancing during this pandemic. Ps. My usual drink is an iced chai with sweet cream vanilla cold foam on top. It’s amazinggg! Recently I tried it with the pumpkin cream cold foam on top. Also good (but much sweeter)! Love this place!

I come here fairly frequently as it's like a 2 minute walk from where I live, and the baristas I normally get are always super kind. They remember my order(s) which is nice of them as well. I feel bad because I'm partially a zombie whenever I go in to order.

Lucy is literally the best barista I have ever had. She gave us amazing drink recommendations, putting flavors together I would have NEVER thought to try on my own. She was cheerful, accommodating, and made me feel like I always am welcome at Starbucks. Love this place.

I was taken aback by how genuinely friendly the baristas were. I've been to Starbucks all over the globe, and live on Capitol Hill - accustomed to chilly, aloof, customer service. The two guys behind the counter, were incredibly warm, friendly, welcoming, funny, and adorable. This was a rare find. Thank You ❤

Staff are always very kind and helpful. The drinks and food are at the Starbucks standard. Decorations and atmosphere are also on point.

Always friendly fast and typically low crowds outside of the morning and afternoon Rush Hour which means you typically get your orders quickly and accurately whether you order in store or online via the app

Starbucks Bainbridge is something special. Everyone is so nice and welcoming! It's a great place to meet people and share conversation over a tasty coffee.

A friendly, small Starbucks with easy parking. Quick service. Good wifi. Tasty coffee. One clean toilet located inside the shop.

We visited this location early on a Saturday morning and found it to be very clean, with great service and friendly staff. Enjoyable experience all around.
