I can’t say enough about this young lady who was taking orders and making the orders at the same time. She ran the entire place herself and did an amazing job. She deserves a raise. Think about it, she’s doing the job that’s two people in the Pegasus coffee shop can’t do in their own. Whoever owns this place, I hope you appreciate the excellent employee you have and if you don’t believe me, walk down and wait half hour for nothing like I did at Pegasus before walking up to Cups and experiencing what a good barista you have.

So it was raining. And cold. And we were tired.

And that’s exactly what happened. Staff were friendly, personable, muffin was great, hot chocolate made my wife happy and for the win, was the mocha latte. I can’t eat sugar and a lot of places don’t carry sugar free options (not hip enough) and when they do, they dump so much flavor in that it ends up being sweeter than a bee’s butt in a magnolia flower. I suspect it’s because they never taste the product.
This almond latte was perfect. I got to have a sweet treat without going into diabetic shock and we had a moment of peace to finish a busy day.

Love the staff here, they are friendly and hilarious and happy to meet your needs, even if it’s making a latte out of the tropical green tea! Came at a slow time Sunday and Monday morning, great comfy couches to sit on and read quietly.

So good! Lattes were lovely, and my breakfast burrito was tasty. My girlfriend really enjoyed her turkey BLT, especially the seedy multigrain bread. Morning glory muffin was indeed glorious and the staff was very nice.

warm, comfy vibe cafe. Good prices and service. Their honey bee latte is quite possibly the best latte i have ever tasted.

Cups was a great spot to grab some iced tea and pistachio almond ice cream. The people were nice and friendly. The ice cream is fantastic. Dad said the cookie was outstanding.

Had a delicious oat milk latte and hubby had a hot coffee. Prices are reasonable and ambiance is great, with lots of room to sit comfortably. Also had the banana bread which I would recommend.

Consistently good service and great coffee. It's noisier and less boho than some of the places on Bainbridge, but a great hangout for the laptop crowd and moms who lunch. They serve ice cream too.

This cute little coffee shop is a Winslow favorite.

It can get really busy during rush, but the drinks and food are well worth the wait. Try their quiche options for an easy to eat snack on the go!

I work all over Kitsap County, and I stop at a lot of places,
IF this is the shop on Bainbridge Island, @ Winslow, they make Thee best Mocha Frappuccino in kitsap county! By far 😋 They also Have the best homemade cakes, cookies, etc... and Lemon tart in the world! 👍Not to mention a very friendly Staff.
I may have gone to another cup's facility. And I also enjoyed their Mocha Frappuccino 😊 but Did not try any of their pastries. If they are affiliated, No wonder there's so good.

Cups is my favorite coffee shop/cafe on Bainbridge. I've been coming here regularly since my husband and I moved back to the island a couple years ago. Their staff is always friendly and hard-working. Their quiche, smoked salmon bagels, and Mexican Brownies are fantastic. Their coffee is great, and the lattes are always hot - except when they're iced :-). I just got breakfast for my entire office today, and it was perfect. I'll definitely be back soon.

For high quality drinks, super friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere, Cups Espresso & Cafe made for an awesome chill spot on our trip to Bainbridge. We didn’t have any plans to stop, just happened to end up here, and we were feeling good about it from the moment we stepped in!

We also unfortunately forgot our shopping bag when we stopped in, but each person I talked to — a staff member, a manager, and eventually the owner (I called at a busy time, but they were all very kind nonetheless!) — was eager to help reunite us with our random Bainbridge finds. I know this is not relevant to their drinks or food, but I thought it was worth mentioning the good nature of the people I talked to. Thanks again!

Very friendly and welcoming. Wonderful fresh baked muffins in the morning. Great place to grab a beer or glass of wine and hear casual amateur musicians play on Thursday evenings 7-9. New ice cream shop connected to Cups now is also great for summer. Nice place to be alone or to meet folks. Fun community space.

My grandchildren come from California at least twice each year for visits with us in Seattle. They always want to go to Bainbridge to visit their favorite book store and this, their favorite ice cream place. They have traveled across the country and think this is the best ever. I tend to agree with them. we highly recommend it - and Eagle Harbor Book Company near-by.

Had a wonderful experience tonight. Live music set the tone. We enjoyed hot teas while our two boys each had ice cream. I also indulged in the Mexican brownie which was ridiculously good! My family each took a bite or two and also loved it. We will be back for sure! Also, the barista was a sweetheart!

Big open space for working or chatting with friends, the noise level is always manageable. Wifi is provided. A short walk from Winslow Wharf marina and the waterfront trail, it's slightly off the main Winslow Way drag so it doesn't get nearly as crowded with tourists as the other spots. I'd put this place at #1 coffee shop in Winslow for bringing your laptop and getting work done.

The coffee is delicious, great cold brew and quality lattes. They have a punch card, so make sure you grab one for inevitable return trips.

For food, all the breakfast + lunch options are good. I had an artichoke quiche for breakfast that was really well made, great flavor and crust, and a bagel sandwich for lunch on a jalapeno bagel that was spicy and had high quality ingredients. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the croissant breakfast sandwich - only because the cheese on it was kind of goopy.

Looking forward to becoming a regular here.

5 stars for coffee — iced americano had the exact flavor profile I love. The cookie I bought had size in its favor but an undercooked texture. Update: Cafe owner contacted me to address the cookie issue. Thank you! I believe it’s a preference issue vs quality: just not my kinda cookie.
