I got to admit I was pleasantly surprised and shocked and fresh food and especially fresh hot crispy perfectly salted french fries.

I have had the worst luck at this McDonald's especially through the summer I stopped going and finally decided to try it again because I was in the neighborhood and it was on point even the customer service from the teenagers that work there very pleasant and friendly.

Usually teenagers at fast food restaurants are hot mess and don't care about your service or how they even present the food.

There was napkins in the bag without me asking am I order was correct. A lot of people say oh it's just fast food but at the end of the day if you pay your money you want your food fresh and a good quality and customer service done right.

I have a huge respect for the food service industry is actually one of the hardest jobs I ever worked in my life when I was younger. Standing on your feet for long hours trying to make sure your drawer don't be short or over, trying to count the drawer down trying to open trying to close cleaning those grills, mopping making sure the bathrooms clean and that can especially be trying. Trust me I understand it's a lot to work fast food and then to deal with customers that are rude nasty want to fight you that will come back later and try to fight you bring a family. I get it I got it fast food ain't for everybody however if you choose to be in the restaurant profession then you still have to maintain professionalism and cleanliness and fresh food.

So when I see people at fast food industry jobs I do give grace however some are plain nasty the food is trash and they deserve a poor review.
But this McDonald's was on point and has been on point the last month for me. Keep up the good work. ‼

This McDonald's has made exceptional improvements and they need to be highlighted and I definitely recommend everyone going to try them out.

The window worker Norma Jean was the best server I've ever encountered. Was the most helpful and the most delighted to be there regardless of holiday. The experience was almost perfect!!!

Was greeted by a young gentleman named “Sam”. He took my order and remained polite and patient despite changing my order multiple times. Made sure I had a comfortable stay and smiled. Never felt so welcome at a McDonalds.

There drive-thru is fast and very helpful. Have had no problems.

Love McDonald's and only there mocha frappe.

Although I had a couple problems with orders they corrected their mistakes. I haven't had a chance yet to eat inside, but I will. I especially like the older gentleman that takes orders. Very polite to talk to.

I've only ever had breakfast at this location very early morning. It's not busy, so I get my food quickly. The service is great. I typically get the steak bagel, and this specific McDonald's had made the best one I've tried so far.

Extremely long wait when we were there the second time but service is good and the food is delicious. I think if we're going to wait for an hour then the wait should be a little more comfortable, I have bad knees and had to stand 40 minutes before getting a spot to sit to wait another 30 minutes or so but the food was delicious.

Always gets the orders right, good service, i drive 2 miles instead of 0.5 miles for this reason

This branch is extremely busy, however they're doing a great job of keeping up. Evey time I go in there is someone cleaning and keeping the place sanitary. Compared to others this place gets A+ for effort and service

I don’t review places often but this McDonald’s deserves 5 stars for getting me my order with a line on a Saturday night in less than 10 minutes. And their ice cream machine was running 10/10

No McDonald’s is perfect but around this area this one is the staffs quiet nice and helpful if you have an issue I will ALWAYS choose this location over the one on Wyoming they do me so well on ford and their food is just superior 🤤

They make the best Steak, egg & cheese bagel. The bun is always soft not like some of the other places where the bagel is brick hard. Not here. Love it.

Super efficient and easy to order on the kiosk. People extremely polite and professional!

These people are always so busy, yet they are always pleasant and smiling, very gracious. Customer service is still alive and well here with these workers

Cashier was amazing, I ordered a Breakfast Burrito combo and w/o me asking him, he asked what type of sauce I wanted! Other locations don't even ask you. My husband ordered pancakes but the food attendant seemed annoyed that he asked for syrup 😑, I ordered a L Hot Chocolate and she was annoyed when my husband told the same attendant that I didn't order a S Hot Chocolate. It's Common sense if you order pancakes to asked if you want syrup. No napkins or plastic plasticware but overall happy with my order!

service is pretty good here usually pretty fast the food is they same at every McDonald's

Very quick service. Before I came to this one, I went to the one on Wyoming and Warren and they had a very long line that was not moving very fast, so I headed for this one. I would be a very happy day when they decide to open up the dining room again.
