the manager katelyn is a sweetheart!! katelyn and her coworkers are the most beautiful & sweetest souls alive, i will make sure to go out of my way to go to this location just for them any day. I came all the way from Dearborn Heights just for them to make my drink and not any other starbucks. their kind, bright, and loving they brighten my day when I go there and on top of my drinks being delicious every single time no attitude or rudeness and i didn’t know what a new drink I wanted was called she helped me how to order it for next time. huge thank you to katelyn, and all of the other wonderful employees for truly making my days every time I come in and never have gave a dirty look, rude or had an attitude because I wore a scarf🫶🏼. one of a kind <3 definitely will come back soon!

Omg just adore this place. The baristas are so incredibly amazing and are so extravagantly dashing. That barista Emilie especially slaaaaaaaaaaaaaaays. U go queen! Altho that one girl named courtney kinda looks at me weird and her carmel frap tasted like floor

I usually am the type of person that follows the reviews of others to determine if I should, or shouldn’t. However, I didn’t have a bad experience – unlike what I had read. When I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly “smiling” voice. Couldn’t physically see the smile, due to being #MaskedUp, but def heard it in the greeting. Although they told me they were doing mobile orders only, due to the registers being down.. I was still treated professionally and respectfully. Honestly, everyone that was working today seemed pleasant. The mobile order part was easy breezy! It was as simple as placing my mobile order while standing in the restaurant. I patiently waited until my order was complete, which took maybe a total of 5 minutes total. No one else was in the restaurant, so that could probably be why I revived a hot, fresh order in no time. Headed on a road trip and I’m glad to have made this my first stop before getting on the road. Thanks to the staff at the Michigan & Oakman, Dearborn Starbucks! You All Rock!

Similar to any other Starbucks to be honest. It is the weirdest location though with the tunnel you have to go through. Great staff though! Drinks are consistent and everyone is friendly.

The service was horrible a few years ago, but I love going there now. Amanda made a big difference since she started working there, she is the best and gives the best service. She should be a manager because she really made a difference, She is very polite and sweet. When you go there just ask for her.

I have enjoyed every experience @ Starbucks lately. Very professional & amazing customer service. My drink was awesome with extra whip cream and vanilla shots . Thanks again. Keep smiling🎉🙂

Ridiculously busy. If you want Starbucks on a Sunday, I'd recommend another location. Tip the employees extra... They're working in tight quarters with non-stop orders coming in, but have a great attitude nonetheless.

This is a favorite stop for my daughter on the way to/from the airport. She loves to drive in the “tunnel” to get her Starbucks crack. Today we also got a car wash and it had nightclub lights in it, she was beyond thrilled and I have to say my experience there every time is always fantastic!!

My go-to Starbucks for my chai tea latte. This place is always busy when I arrive, but I always get served very quickly. The drive through attendants are always very pleasant. I enjoy coming here every morning!

One of my favorite spots customer service is great never had an issue with my order can have a bit of traffic and does get very busy.
Definitely recommend 👌
