My favorite Dunkin location in Michigan, the costumer service there is decent, very friendly staff, very clean.

I've never been to this Dunkin Donuts. Their staff was nice, super sweet. The woman who took my order misheard me when I ordered my coffee. She was quick to fix it. The donuts were bomb. My kids, husband, and I loved them.

Great overall. Some prices are less than other Dunkin locations.
Don't love the set up of the drive through compared to other locations. Only issue.

Always a pleasure to shop here. The staff is wonderful, food is fresh and good. Atmosphere is warm. It's a nice clean establishment

New Dunkin Donuts just opened up a few days ago, the donuts were fresh and tasted amazing and it's also very modern and clean inside as well. Good customer service and the employees are very quick! This is by far the best Dunkin Donuts I've been to well done 👏They also have a Baskin Robbins inside as well 😋

I live across the street from probably the worst Tim Hortons’ in America. I come to this particular DD almost daily because of its wonderful customer service and products.

Chris deserves at least 2 dollars raise the customer service he has is beyond perfect.

The staff are so nice. I keep coming back. Staff is always helping me with my order and the place is clean. They are very polite. Vanilla lattes are my go to 🤩

I've been here twice via drive thru and they've gotten my order right each time. Not the fastest location but they make the beverages correctly and you know with DD, it's a game of chance. Lol. The audio in the drive thru is very low so keep that in mind too if you are hard of hearing.

This Dunkin is phenomenal. Top notch customer service. They make sure I am satisfied with my order. They always shine a bright smile in my face every time I come in. And the Lead amayah she knows what she's doing.

We don’t have Dunkin where I live so I was a little overwhelmed in the drive thru trying to order. The woman I was speaking to through the speaker was patient, kind, and so helpful in asking questions and finding things we’d like! She made suggestions and offered to remake the drinks if we didn’t like them… but we definitely liked them! Donuts & coffee were delicious but what stood out the most was the incredible staff. That is how customer service is done! Thank you for a good first impression on this company.
