I bought an LG TV at Good Vibes many years ago. I was trying to us a Firestick with it and could not get it to work. I found a number of ideas online, but none worked. I stopped by the store and talked to Steve who made a suggestion that worked! Sometimes we just need to work with our local businesses. Thanks Steve.

Jason came out and listened to what I was hoping to accomplish with a speaker/AV setup, and made some recommendations. After ordering the parts he came back out and did all the work. I can't speak highly enough, the work was performed quickly and I'm very happy with the results. It wasn't a huge job but I still wanted it to be done right and I'm glad I went with a professional. He even took the time to help me make sure my AV receiver was configured correctly to work with my devices. I'd definitely go with Good Vibes again anytime in the future and would highly recommend them.

My old television quit working in the morning and by 2pm the same day I had a new Sony installed by the owner. Best service around!

We have been satisfied customers for many years. Recently we purchased a new TV and sound bar which GV installed. The service was prompt, friendly and well done. Twice since we have had difficulty with the sound bar and each time they walked us through restoring it with patience and kindness on the telephone. This is the type of quality service we knew decades ago and it is wonderful that it is still available again at Good Vibes.

After discussing it more with them, we settled on the best option for me and my family. They told me exactly what I needed and saved me money by stopping me when certain equipment wasn't necessary. I have purchased a Sony receiver and a Samsung TV from Good Vibes in the past year. I needed tech support for setting up both and recently again after a power outage. Each time they were knowledgeable, helpful and patient as I followed their instructions over the phone. I’ll buy all my electronics from Good Vibes! Thank you Mike and Steve

Had to call again for help with the configuration of my Sony receiver speakers, Owner, Steve, took the time to read the manual then spend over 30 minutes with me on the phone. In the end, problem was resolved and with his suggestion to add a center speaker, it sounds even better than it did before. Thanks again Good Vibes, you're Great!

March 7, 2022 - had a problem with my home theater audio so I called Good Vibes. The next day 2 technicians came to my home and made the needed calibrations and adjustments to fix my sound system. Not only did they fix it, they explained what they did and why. Sound great now. Good Vibes is GREAT! Thanks!

I purchased a TV and it was 2 months before I plugged it in. When I finally did, I was disappointed to find out the screen was damaged. Within 6 hours of contacting the store, I had a new TV to replace it. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and no Big Box run-around. I will continue to buy all my A/V equipment from Good Vibes and recommend them to all my friends.

I had a very positive experience with good vibes. They saved me a lot of money by telling me that I did not need a new TV set when the Dish network people said I did. Good vibes showed me how to re set the channel control when all Dish was able to tell me was to go to Best Buy, which was very willing to sell me a $2,500 set. Good Vibes may not be the lowest price in town, although they are reasonable, but they are clearly the most competent and likely the most honest.

I have done business with Good Vibes for close to 4 decades, and will continue to! We just purchased a new Sony OLED TV from them and had it installed. Truth is you can buy anywhere, but why would you buy anywhere else? They price match, they service what they sell, and the do a wonderful job of installing! Who do you get service from if you by else where? That is an anybody's guess! Buy from Good Vibes, and call them, and deal with people who will work to help you! Local people that you can depend on. Do yourself a favor, give Good Vibes a try, I don't think you will be disappointed!

Mike took the time to walk me though all of the TV's that he had on his floor. He spent his time and explained his pricing and what kids of services that they provide after purchasing a TV with Good Vibes. Overall great experience I will definitely return for business in the future.
